Food and service was fantastic! Kudos to the security team member who offered us the buggy service to go down to the basement entrance. We didn’t know that Peshawri was moved downstairs and my mother-in-law couldn’t climb stairs.

Was my first experience of dining at Peshawri, truly an unforgettable one. Mr Shantanu and team's hospitality is at another level. Excellent food and the kulfi is by far the best kulfi I've had yet. Exquisite!

Koyel at reception was v v helpful . She is meticulous I her work & manages full rush & everything with a smile . Kudos to ITC for the amazing food & keep this up .

The Kebabs were very good but initially ordered Peshwari Kebab which was not available unwillingly had to order alternative..The Dal Bukhara and Murgh Kurchan has completely lost it earlier taste .. Dal Bukhara was a signature dish but it tasted like any other dal makhani..Bit disappointed.. The Naan was also not that great , ordered butter naan but butter was hardly.. I should have carried my own butter .

Very average experience. Start-stop lunch as our server did not get our order right. The mocktails were dead and when they refreshed it, they brought it in a regular glass with lesser quantity.

The whole experience was bare minimum for a hotel not even close to what one would expect from a place like ITC Sonar. We had made the booking few days earlier and they saw we entered with senior citizens yet they decided to give a seat without a backrest. No thoughts put towards customer experience. Then the wait staff were all new folks who have not been trained and have no knowledge on the menu. After ordering the starters we had to wait for 30 - 40 mins just for that to arrive. Half the hunger would be vanished by then. In that as well the kebab was overcooked and felt slimey. Then again a long wait for the main course which had weird butter chicken and the pudhina paratha was totally dry and roomali also became very chewy. Only the tandoori prawn and the complimentary chocolate mouse was fine. Totally disappointed with the experience. After seeing the best of hotels and restaurants in India, I think a serious training is required in ITC Sonar Peshawari restaurant.

To start with, the seating was highly uncomfortable. Could give you back ache if you stay for an hour. Then comes the food, which was below average. They had very limited menu and even those were not good (forget the price, i get better food paying half the price). And then comes their so called “tradition” that they dont provide cutlery. You have to use your hands. Imagine having dal with your hand. All in all, a very bad experience. Wont recommend anybody to visit

Extremely poor service and the quality of food has also downgraded. I am a usual customer who gets customisations done, but they refused to do any today.
