Had been craving pastas for a while and hence, ordered a Red Sauce Penne Pasta + Garlic Bread (2 Pcs) Combo for delivery from this kitchen named Pizza Factory based somewhere in Park Circus! Although both red pasta as well as white pasta was available on their menu, but surprisingly, mixed pasta wasn’t – never mind! Their packing was very nice – spill proof and tamper free! Portions were huge and owing to Swiggy discounts, pocket pinch was very less! Garlic breads were well baked with lots of cheese as well as mayonnaise atop! Pasta was piping hot, very saucy and several herbs made it very tasty! What disappointed me was that there were hardly any veggies therein – otherwise would have rated them 5 stars definitely! Overall, a nice experience!

The pizza was tasty. Their pastas are also nice. As they are open till 4 in the morning so no more staying hungry in the middle of the night

This outlet delivers food late at night. Ordered pizza from here. Food was OK to say the least. Pizza came over turned. Toppings were generous. Would not recommend until there is an emergency.

I have order the restaurant kit kat shake and chocolate lava cake but restaurant send me one item only I have call restaurant restaurant tell me I have call my staff and confirm you but I have again call restaurant not respond very bad experience I have 20 time call restaurant not response and Zomato help to also tell me I have no confirm me and your amount is not refund I have pay to items I have received one item I have request all please skip this restaurant

Don't fool people at the middle of the night. I have never tasted a pizza worse than this. Please stop delivering food. You people shouldn't own a food joint. Horrible experience. PS: The attitude of you people is also horrible. You don't even know how to talk to the costumers. Utterly disgusted. And after consuming your food though a minimal amount, I fear I might suffer from Gastroenteritis as well. Stop delivering. This is a request.

The pizza was pathetic. They had the audacity to send us burnt pizzas. Please do not waste your money by buying pizzas from this place. Order from domino or eagle boys pizza

This is the worst food I ever had! Pizza is supposed to lift up anyone's mood...I went to depression as deep as the depths of Tartarus ! PS: Please stop making pizzas 😊

Terrible food. I don't like their food at all. I ordered a pizza and in no way, can I call that a pizza. It was utterly horrible. I would never try this place again.

Shitty oily pasta and customer service. I would not suggest anyone to eat or order from here ever again. Better to sleep hungry rather than eat from here.

I would probably rate in negative...they just give me a raw meat.. RAW. It's horrible experience and a health hazard. 👎
