This perhaps has been my worst experience at any Haldirams’ outlet ever! Apart from the location, nothing else is suitable – they are situated bang on Kankurgachi more – amidst stalwarts like Bhikharam, Tewari, Nasta etc and they seriously lag behind all of them! They are a self-service outlet which is ok, ambience and hygiene here are good! We ordered the below:- Paper masala dosa Fried rice with Manchurian Chola bhatura Paneer tandoori wrap Idly Samosa Khasta kachori Club kachori Jalebi Here, portion size is a joke, especially going by the high pocket pinch! Dosa masala was unimpressive, idly was bland! Bhatura was nice but portions were way too low! Chinese was also below expectations! Club kachori was soggy although prepared live on request, jalebis were fine! There is no USP out here – all stuff is overpriced! Service is slow and the place remains vacant most of the times! Better leadership is required to turn this place into a new leaf!

They have opened a new franchise PRABHUJI......But trust me guys they are fooling us....Tiwari and bhikharam are far far far better than Prabhuji...they have quality food not like prabhuji...they have a new technique if you will order for 2 they will send for 1...a big NO NO...save your money and rasta ke stall se khalo but do not order from here PRABHUJI KANKURGACHI
