Soul food alert! Excellent rasam and paper dosa. Filter coffee is also outstanding. Do not try paneer dosa because they don't cook the paneer.

Went today & had Butter Plain Dosa and lassi...Both the items were very tasty & yummy....also loved the ambience....

*12th January, 2020* A Sunday evening with {uid:78253337} back in January. Somehow forgot to write the review. It was pretty empty. Ambience (7/10): Nothing special, a decent restaurant ambience. You don't come here for ambience. Service(6/10): Just average, it was slow. Had to call them multiple times asking for napkins, water, and also wiping the table properly before serving. Proper table cleaning should be done before the customer is even made to sit on the table and it was not a rush hour. We ordered: 1x Plain Rava Dosa 1x Cheese Onion Uttapam Dosa(8/10): This was tasty and serves 1 person very well but a plain one won't fill you up, but good for an evening snack. It was crispy and hot. Uttapam(8.5/10): I've had better, but this wasn't bad either. Good amount of cheese and the Uttapam itself is full of flavours. I wish they would melt the cheese before serving though, that would give an even spread and it won't fall off during consumption.

after finishing watching the movie (Bellbottom) in Cinepolis, I craved for dosa, and knowing quality of food court in the mall, I did not want to. Luckily my MIL knows this area very well and she was coming here for the past 10 years. She brought me here. It's just across the street, though by first glance it looks like any typical Kolkata house and name sounds too, nevertheless, you are at the right place for authentic south Indian food. It was almost closing time, so we ordered Mysore masala dosa, Rava dosa, uttapam, and filter coffee. Sambhar, coconut chutney – great, though Mysore dosa has powder base and I expected it to be chutney base so could not enjoy my dosa much but Rava dosa was perfectly crispy. it was a simple sitting arrangement, clean space, maintaining distancing norms, everything was in order. After a long time, I had some good dosa so yeah I was happy after the meal.

Tried their Masala Dosa. It was too good both quantity and quality wise. Stuffing was sufficient. Coconut chutney, Sambar were tasty, but the sambar was a bit sweet for my taste. Apart from this, the spoonful of coriander chutney and Red chutney given were the cherry on the top. Service was good.

We are a group of teachers from a reputed school and sometimes after school we hang out there. last week we visited the place and it was 10 am. The place was quite empty. we were talking and laughing and having a good time.The server was serving our other table when we called him to take our order too.he did not respond and ignored us. Then I called behind him a bit louder than before thinking he did not listen. He ignored again and went inside the kitchen. later This server fellow comes to take our order looking real grumpy. I don't know what his problem was. we had decided on our order both food and tea. I told him we will have tea. He rudely and angrily replied that there is no tea available. We were just about to give him our food order and he immediately stomped away ignoring our call for the third time. Then he came to our other table to serve food and for the 4th time I politely asked him to please take our food order since we were really famished. Instead of taking the order he very very rudely told us to be quite and talk softly. We were a group of 14 teachers and we were enjoying ourselves and we are suddenly told to shut up by this arrogant staff member. we were shocked. 6 of us immediately got up and went to the manager and talked to him about his behaviour. the manager tried to be defensive by saying this staff is the only man working. but even then we said that if he had told us politely about him being the only staff we would have surely co-operated. but who is he to tell a customer to be quite and talk in whispers???? They said sorry but our mood was spoilt already. We all have work pressure and we have to deal with it. and we go to a certain place knowing we can feel happy there. But this kind of staff behaviour is selfish , inappropriate and inconsiderate. we then went to banana leaf where every staff is well trained and polite. So guys if you go to prema vilas..there is no prem there. and remember to talk softly or get a scolding from your server.

Went for dinner with family on the day of Holi The restaurant was nearly empty and the service was very bad The waiters behaviour was very rude and the manager was very arrogant Food quality was also very pathetic They don't even have a review book or complain book and won't recommend this to any PLEASE DO COME HERE

Prema villas was a place where I have eaten my entire childhood ,generally the staff didn’t care about customer service but I encountered a billing issue.The manager was an utter pest.It was like he was doing me a favour by showing a unpleasant attitude. Horrible customer service will not recommend

The waiters do not listen at all what people want to order. In the end they bring something of their own choice. If you complain about it , they will continue arguing with you. I am not going back there, neither I will recommend this piece of shit to anyone.
