this place doesn't accept payment from Zomato inspite of buying the discount coupon at a price. I think this is a fraud. don't know whose responsible for this.. zomato or pub 13. this listing should be removed

"Yesterday, we had a Bandhan Life Party at Kolkata PUB13, and I must share a very disappointing experience. Ambience: Just okay, but DJ lights were poorly managed. Even after informing staff, there was no synchronization. Food: Extremely low quality and shockingly poor quantity. Food was delayed by an hour, and even then, it was served in tiny portions. No manager was available, and every request needed constant follow-ups. Liquor: The allotted liquor brands were not served; instead, cheaper alternatives were poured into bottles. Without informing the host, liquor service was suddenly stopped, and no one took responsibility. Service: Being in the hotel industry for 18 years, I have never seen such terrible service. No coordination between staff and the kitchen. After the first round of starters, it took 1.5 hours for the next food service. Even with just 15 people at the party, the experience was frustrating—no food in the buffet when needed. This should be an eye-opener for anyone considering visiting PUB13 Kolkata. The staff's poor service and cheap mindset make it a place to avoid."

I had a terrible experience at Pub 13 Club today. They charged us Rs. 2000 as a couple, which included a hookah, a chicken starter, and a beer during happy hour that cost Rs. 150. The total bill came out to be around Rs. 1650, but the waiter claimed it was Rs. 2000. When I questioned the bill, he said 18% GST was added to the food, which seemed incorrect since GST on food is typically 5%. When I asked for the bill, they pretended to give it to me but didn't actually provide it. The whole experience was frustrating.

If you want some nice parent-like moral policing while dancing with your partner, this is the perfect place to go. They will guide you irritatingly well on what and what not to do for 2 consenting adults in a "public place". Won't blame the staff as they are just following orders of the manager. Pathetic experience, spoiled a nice mood for no reason.

These people are loots they will take a cover charge of 1000 on weekday and 2k on weekends and will not redeem it saying it’s applicable only on specific drinks or Zomato done out payments are not available on this..they are big time frauds and they will serve u stale food..

staff behaviour was not good.... very disrespectful ....they can't manage the crowd, small place , bad music , felt bored,they can give your table to anyone at any point of time......they don't respect costumers

Too much disgusting.. well we booked a table but after some time we were moved to somewhere else and then asked to moved our drinks to keep at our hands and moved out.. such a horrible experience.....
