The waiters and crew here are too lazy. You have to wait too long just place order. Moreover they don't have eagerness to serve you. Prices are bit high compared to the quality of the food they provide.

"I would give 0 stars if I could. We visited Pub97 in a group of 5, and it was a complete nightmare. We paid our bill through Zomato, but after the payment was successful, the staff had the audacity to demand we pay a second bill. Their excuse? They literally asked, 'Who did you ask before paying via Zomato?' If they don't accept Zomato payments, why is the option active on the app? They even tried to keep money from the first bill we already settled. To make matters worse, they tried to scam us with two different bills totaling around ₹8,000. They added a service charge plus 3 items we never even ordered. When we pointed this out, they shamelessly asked, 'Why didn't you check earlier?' They held us there and harassed us for an hour and a half. They only let us go after we finally called the police. My advice: Stay away from this place unless you have 'faltu' money to throw away. If you do go, check your bill 1,000 times because they will try to cheat you. Absolutely pathetic service and dishonest management." Pro-tip: Since you mentioned calling the police, do you have a transaction ID or a photo of the incorrect bill? Attaching those to your Zomato or Google review makes it much harder for the restaurant to report and remove your comment.

It's totally a worst experience, they cheated their clients because I didn't gave the order for the beer n other things but they put those in our bill, they wasted our 2 hours.. we gave payment around 11.30pm, they leave us around 1.45 am.. apart from this management is too bad, highly recommended please don't visit this place with your closed ones or don't visit in your special day, they will ruin everything..

Very disappointing experience. They advertise a 50% discount, but increase the menu prices instead. I was charged ₹699 for a 30 ml peg of Bombay Sapphire and ₹499 for a 30 ml peg of Smirnoff, which is extremely overpriced. Even the Margarita pizza was priced above ₹700. This kind of misleading offer is unacceptable. Would not recommend this place.
