A #century old shop run currently by #sixthgeneration owners serving probably the best #Kochuri & #Radhabollovi with that mouthwatering #AlurTorkari (undoubtedly the best you can get) at #CollegeStreet - that's how I would like to describe Putiram Sweets to all of you.. 😍 Even the #Mihidana and #Rabri were out of the world - can't wait to go back again at the earliest.. 😍 One needs to reach between 7 and 11am to get hold of the kachoris otherwise Radhabollovi is available from 12 noon onwards.. Don't even ask about the pricing because it's unbelievably low.. 🕺 What are your memories with this #iconic sweet shop?? My humble two cents: #MUSTTRY (if you haven't already) 🤝 #SupportHospitalityIndustry 🙏 #LifeofaFoodnTravelBlogger 🕺 Journey of an Epicurean Cine Trotter continues.. 👣 Thank you all for being a part of our Facebook family - Kolkata Food Trotters - please #LIKE & #FOLLOW our #PAGE as well - Kolkata Food Trotters ❤️

The first time when I put that piece of radhaballavi dipped in that subtle alu curry, I took a tastebud trip to paradise. It was one of the most amazing snack that I had ever tasted a bit high priced considering the general price of kochuris and radhaballavis in Kolkata. But it's a must try.

This shop is very close to my place..it's very easy to locate...it's on Mahatma Gandhi Road..a tiny shop..they sell excellent Singara..their sale is huge..within one hour the Singaras are sold..usually they fry singaras around4 PM..one can find the aroma of pure ghee..singaras are available from 4.30 to 5.30..they also make Karaishutir kochuri and sada aloor dum ..kachuris are fried in ghee too...the taste of sandesh is average according to me but in winters their Nolen Gur specialties are worthy of praise...a good sweet shop

This shop is located at Armherst street - Sealdah crossing. This shop is small and no seating available. We had Radhabollovi with White Coloured Alurdom,I think no turmeric were used in this Alurdom. Taste is amazing✌ We also had khasta kochuri taste was great although size is small. Overall 👍👍👍👍
