We were in the way to find any restaurant to fill our stomach as soon as possible cause hunger was honing out of control.. Randomly saw this one near Garia metro and went to this.. Ordered 3 plates of plain basmatin long grain rice with Chicken Duckbanglow and Mutton Kasha.. And what you can expect from such reasonable place, it is surely high to that.. Specially chicken dish was just perfect ever I had.. highly recommend this place.. Go have a nice time and get the 'Tripti' from there.. And the stuff's behaviour was also very well.. You can get a Homely Ambience too..

Been to this place quite a few times and must say never disappointed. Home style bengali food. It always feels good to return to this place. The ambience is also peaceful.

I have ordered a plate of parshe macher jhal.. The food was delicious... quality of fish was good.. quantity was also good.. They made it in a good way..

Items are very good with cheap price.. authentic Bengali food .. very good service but there is less space..

People say this place is perfect for bengali food. But instead i ordered chicken biriyani, paneer butter masala which was really good and butter nan. Quantity was good but paneer was a bit less. Will definitely try bengali food here.

Parse mach i ordered from here is a good good item.....two fishes and the curry is good....and it was hot when they gave me.....and price is also pocket friendly....

অনেকদিন আগে গিয়েছিলাম,আজ রিভিউ করছি | নজরুল মেট্রো স্টেশন এর কাছে অবস্থিত রেস্তোরাঁটি বেশ ছোট | একটা চিকেন থালি আর একটা মটন থালি অর্ডার করেছিলাম | থালি তে ২ টুকরো চিকেন বা মটন ছিল | এছাড়া ছিল ভাত, কাঁচালঙ্কা , লেবু, আচার , বেগুনভাজা ,ডাল, সবজি ,চাটনি আর গরম গোলাপজাম | প্রত্যেকটা আইটেম ঠিকঠাক, ভালোই খেতে খালি চিকেন বা মটন এ তেলের পরিমান টা বেশি | তাছাড়া দারুন বাঙালি খাবার খেলাম |

Ordered mutton duckbunglow and basanti Pulao. The Mutton pieces were bony and it had an egg in the gravy. The consistency of the gravy was good. But the pulao was highly sweet and lacked salt balance.

it's my first bengali dine restaurant.I go there in the year @2017 .the place for dine is quite good.but small in size.I odered 2 mutton kasha,mocha,rice(complicated),and a fish curry . there are 3 pieces of mutton which are very rich to eat hardy 2 pieces.because of dalna.and it was so rich that I cannot taste the flavor of mutton.I heard a lot about the mocha. but it taste nothing special.even my house the mocha cooked more tasty than it.the fish is awful.and the main problem that the 85/percent of dishes written in the menu is not available.(even the mix veg also).yes,they are mentioned in the menu that it was not a set menu and anything needed will be contacted to the chef.but my question is that if I have to contacted the chef before ordering so why will I needed the menu.I will directly call the chef and talk what I need.but after all of that the behavior of the weaiter and other staff is very good.there are many bengali restaurant in kolkata which have high price but have great taste.I will not recommended here not to have bengali food.I rate raja bhat khawa (5/10).
