I have loads of things to write. I ordered kemon veg fried rice, and I received plain veg fried rice. The Gandharaj fish fry came in an one-sided open box, with the contents spilling out. The fish fry tasted horrible, giving out a stale taste of old fish, and the salad which came with it was ACTUALLY ROTTEN, with a foul sour smell and yellow tinge. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE???? Don't our lives matter??? I initially gave very good reviews to this restaurant because they were good in the beginning. But with each passing day, customer service has gone down the drain and they are doing whatever they want with us!!! Zomato extended excellent support and gave a a full refund of the order. I AM NOT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. CUSTOMERS BEWARE, THEY ARE MURDERERS WHO WILL KILL YOU WITH THEIR ROTTEN FOOD.

I am a regular customer to them . I always received the food from their take away counter. Quality and quantity wise It was ok. But this time I ordered through Zomato. And I am very much disappointed bcz I ordered 2 veg fried rice along with another side dishes but I receive too much small quantity of rice. They divided one rice into two small containers. It was written in quantity details that they deliver the rice in 500 gm container but they didn't.

I am a regular customer to them. I order from them almost everyday at night but this time i had ordered a Schezwan fried rice and chicken combo and chilli fish seperately. The combo was very impressive, the rice was probably one of the best i had but the chilli fish was stale... Especially the fish was stale and was smelling. Didn't expect this from this outlet. Always gave u 5 star rating, but this time not worth.

The restaurant doesnot follow the Order numbers and sends Non veg food for orders where veg is supposed to be send especially that too in festive time such as DIWALI and then when you reach out to restaurant they hang up call on the face and switch off their phone and Zomato doesn't take any responsibility saying it solely depends on restaurant

All rotten pieces And after Saying they urged Bad behaviour Didn’t listen and said chicken a gondho hoy? Means what chicken never rotten
