I ordered 4 pieces of idli and 1 serving of curd rice, priced at ₹60, for breakfast through Zomato on 21.sep.2024 . However, they quietly replaced the curd rice with a single vada, even though both items are priced the same. When I contacted them to point out the error, they claimed that they had provided an item of the same price. I explained that while the prices may be the same, the quantity of curd rice is much more than that of a single vada, but they were rude and disconnected the call abruptly. The staff at Ramkrishna Lunch Home behaved unprofessionally, showing rudeness and a lack of concern for customer service.

ABSOLUTELY TRASH OF A MANAGER+reduced food quality on busy days! Manager has no manners.If you are visiting on a busy day, BE CAREFUL OF YOUR TURN because the manager will simply put forward his known customers before you! His behavior with all customers who are not from the local area, is extremely rude and disrespectful. He runs this place like this is some political party office - he decides which customers will have free rein, can roam around to see the "new section", choose tables, while and which customers will keep waiting endlessly. Made us 3(me, ma and my old grandmother) wait endlessly where he pushed forward 2 families ahead of us whom he was pally with. we stood confused thinking they had come before us, only to realize we have been fooled. He made ma & dadi walk around shifting 3 tables coz his favored customers came later and chose our table. Then he bluntly refused that a couple has been pushed forward to a table of 4 while larger groups waited, even after coming early. Now, the food. chutney was watery and dosa was way thinner than they usually give- just taking advantage of a house full day and serving under quality food. Instead of butter in dosa, they have given this white frozen oily lump which didn't melt al throughout our food. THIS WAS NOT BUTTER BUT SOME LOW QUALITY STUFF.They even agree "woh adha melt hota hai, adha rehta hai."Which butter stays firm and becomes a a creamy thing even after rubbing hard!So beware of the food as well

very bad experience . I am an old & regular customer of this restaurant. l like this restaurant for its authentic south Indian delicacies. But, yesterday ( 24th April), I had a very bitter experience that changed my impression . I reached the restaurant with my family at 8:55 pm. We barely took our seat and the waiter started showing his resentment by saying that we should place the order immediately as it was their closing time. He also said that only masala Dosa, idli & Vada were available. We did not have any other option but to place the order for dosa, idli & Vada . Now, comes the worst scenario...... when we were having the food, the manager or the cashier came and handed over the bill to us and told us to make the payment . We told him to wait till we finish the food. But, he insisted us to make the payment right away. To avoid any confrontation, we had to leave the food half eaten and make the payment. The owner should look into this matter with concern to avoid a bad reputation of this restaurant in spite of the excellent food they serve

We had parked our car at the official parking spot (with the approval of the local parking boy) but were asked to move it urgently in the middle of our meal so that the cleaner could clean the road in the morning. This was despite the fact that it was only 6.30am with no other cars parked nearby. The manager at the billing counter exhibited extremely poor behaviour and pushed us to move our vehicle despite knowing that we were eating. The local parking boy acknowledged that this wasn’t necessary. This used to be the go-to place for us for the last 25yrs but it appears that we will have to move and shift our base to Kurry Putta which is a mere 40m away. Sorry to say, but it’s the arrogance and behaviour of the manager at the reception which has made this place lose its credibility.

SCAMMERS! FYI, please check your bill and the price of the items you order from the menu, before taking any service or paying bills. This is because they charge you more than the price of the food you ordered. And when you confront them then they try to give you some senseless explanation for their practice, instead of accepting it. Also, even after accepting their scam, cause you have been arguing for a while, they still won't rectify the bill by saying, the most expected reason from scammers, that the bill has been generated and they can't do anything or any corrections now, and you have to pay what they are saying. So, please be careful or avoid such places cause it happened to me today and maybe others too.

The manager is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to speak with people…. And one waiter was standing at the counter and picking his nose and didn’t even bother washing his hands…. When confronted he denied and acted like as he didn’t know what I was saying…. Pathetic state of things…. Good food tastes horrible because of such things. Will never go back or order from here!!!

the butter masala dosa is disgusting, they serve margarine disguised as butter, the UPI scanner is also not working, amount got debited from my bank thrice and they refused to give it back

absolutely disgusting stuff and counter person. they have some attitude for unknown reason. just didnt get me a place even when it was available... i have video proof of the same.

just now got delivered dosa from swiggy and found SHARP BLADE in dosa stuffing. the management should be sued criminaly and they should check immediately on cctv who done so.

Idli good. Sambhar too good. But attitude of counter person too poor. Rude personality. Doesn’t have the etiquette to talk to the customer. Fights for small small issue.
