If you want to try authentic south Indian food at it’s best, please visit this restaurant once and you will love this place. Very minimal decoration with nice array of foods to choose from. We tried Paneer Ghee roast dosa, Masala Dosa and Ellaneer Payesam. It was coconut kheer with rich milk and was awesome. You can also choose from their dosa powder which they are selling as retail.

Good food, clean place and calm ambience, polite staff. mini fried idlis might be smaller than your expectations but each bite with the tomato chutney is sooo worth it! clean washroom and basins for the visitors. the overall place is also beautiful!

I ordered just a plate of idli vada and filter coffee. Guess what it took them 20 mins to get idli only and then 5 mins later cakes the vada. I asked for filter and that was not ready so I cancelled it. They need to improve their service. Also cost wise it is slightly high as the idly size was very small, vada was ok.

This review is about Ramanee - RCTC branch. We went there on Sunday (1st of February, 2026) with my family. We were 6 people in total. The manager allotted us a table which was very small for 6 people, so we asked for a bigger table which was anyways empty. But the manager constantly argued saying that, they provide the requested table to a group of 12 people though the table was for 6 people and did not allot the bigger table even after requesting multiple times. The requested table remain empty till we were there and no group of 12 people arrived. They provided us with another table which was also small for 6 people but better than the 1st one. That was not all, we repeatedly had to look for the staffs and manager himself as they were not available that much. The food was served on time and they were good as usual, as I have been there before also. Overall service for my 3rd time visit was not satisfactory because of the staff’s behaviour and attention to customer.

Ruined our family dinner.. staff behaviour is rude service is poor..no menu card even after 10 min.. staff managing people outside is super rude..switched off all lights and fan when we were waiting for cab. worst ever

The desert was worst i have ever had the coconut payesh was nothing but condensed milk with water and the mysore pak was disastrous never ever had such a worst mysore pak

We went to RCTC. Firstly, cleanliness is a problem, there was food in every chair ! None of item was good, some were not authentic also
