If you are looking for authentic Bengali cuisine in a budget restaurant then Rannaghar can be your destination. I've ordered egg kasha combo. It includes rice, dal, paneer butter masala, french fry & egg kasha. Quality of food was very good & served with sufficient quantity. Loved the professional way of packing the food as well. Thank you Rannaghar team!

Thank you for good food, but request you to provide tape cover to the containers for our mental peace. As because one video spred at net world that one delivery guy eating foods before deliver the same.

"Good menu, good prices" that's what Rannaghar is all about. You get what you pay for. Delayed delivery, unavailability, wrong item delivery, these are common concerns with all Zomato restaurant, not just Rannaghar. So, I am not blaming them for these common issues. This is due to the Zomato App and the way it works and not the seller, Zomato should try to improve the customer experience so that customers and restaurant owners both can be benefited using Zomato.

I quite liked their egg thali. Unlike most restaurants who skimp on the portion of rice, Rannaghar sent very generous portion.I liked the dal which had nuts in it, the 'jhuribhaja', and the egg curry(2 eggs) as well. Well, ofcourse, I would have preferred some sabzi other than bhindi, but overall, it was satisfying. Edit- I have re-rated them to reflect their perceived lousiness in dispatching orders. Encouraged by their previous delivery, I ordered 'Elahi veg thali'. They didn't pack chutney. Now if you do not have the attention span to pack all the items meticulously, why keep such an elaborate option? The thali costs 220 and chutney alone costs 50/-. And if their idea was to skimp and cheat, then this re-rating has been bang on buck.

What kind of cheaters you guys are?? You are charging more on a zomato platform and delivering less than what's promised?? You are serving the Katla combo with some rice and Dal that's it? Wherein you are supposed to send fry veg and chutney. Upon calling your restaurant your person slams the phone on face saying we dont send all that for zomato order?? For what joy are you charging me more on the food plus delivery charges?? Is it justified that I pay 50 rs more for a small amount of watery dal? Your listing should be removed immediately!

The food used to be good few years back...value for money. However of late the quality of food has gone down significantly. Take for instance, Egg Curry...the gravy is so light and watery that you could almost use it to clean your floor.

You served raw chicken for Chicken pakora over a zomato order (made from my friend's account). Never you again! Tried to resolve via Zomato but did not get much help. Hope you don't do this to other people in future.

Very bad service presentation. Don’t care about the customers. Pathetic experience. Suggest to don’t visit this place. Ac is not working, food quality is pathetic, serving food was not good.

Had ordered lunch for my whole family. Waited 2 hours just to know that they werent delivering. Didnt bother to send an update. Did give me reward points but that is that.
