Despite all the negative reviews, I was willing to give this place a try and I must say I was surprised beyond limits. The food is as good as the ambience and the service. The jhol momo was to die for and the iconic rose momos looked as good as they tasted. We also got glass noodles and a very spicy prawn dish (whose name I forgot, sorry. 🥲🙏🏻). Overall, had the best experience with the best company! I’m beyond happy and will be beyond happy to visit again!

Visited this place after seeing rave reviews on Insta. A humble outlet cashing on their North East delicacies. Ordered their famous Rose Momo (no food colour, made with cabbage & tomato), Fing noodles (very fine quality) & Hunan Chicken. Definitely a genuine place for North East dishes with their own culinary twist. Will surely re-visit to try their other dishes.

Visited the newly popular Rinchen’s Momo restaurant on a Sunday evening to try a few of their items. The first disappointment was that their jhol momo was unavailable, which was something I was really looking forward to. So, we ordered: 🥟 Chicken Steamed Momo – The portion included 6 large sized momos. However, they were not juicy at all, which was quite disappointing. The outer layer was thin, which I liked, but the filling lacked moisture and flavor. It was served with a small portion of peanut chutney and a slightly sweet-spicy sauce. 🍗 Dry Chilli Wings – 6 pieces of wings tossed in a mildly spicy sauce with onion and capsicum. The taste was decent but nothing extraordinary. The staff were polite and attentive, which was a positive. The ambiance is also very cozy and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and spend some time. Overall, I went in with high expectations, but the experience was quite underwhelming. Considering the pricing, the quality and taste of the food could definitely have been better.

Recently visited Rinchen's Momo, the ambience and staff was nice. We tried: 1. Chicken Lollipop: 6 pcs chicken lollipop, the batter was very crispy and well fried but what disappointed me was the chicken, it was smelly and not fresh. I would rate this 2/5. 2. Chicken Kothay Momo: The momo was very tasty and juicy, the skin was very crispy as well. 5/5 3. Crispy Chilli Babycorn: Crispy babycorn tossed in sweet and slightly spicy sauce, it was okayish. 3/5 Would probably go back just for their momo.

What they write in their menu and what they serve are two different thing. When I ask them they just told me there is a writing mistake. Takes lots of time to server the food. Almost had to wait more than a half an hour.

One of the most overrated restaurants Rinchen Wangdi Bhutia restaurant. Most unhygienic food they are serving in their newton store. Bad prawn quality, not clean, was stinking. Manager of that store was judging people by their looks, dress. I went with my daughter & i really feel pity why i went there. firstly i have asked for Rose momo, they said they are out of stock but, few people from their choice came after me, they serve the same front of me & asked it was previous order & kept for them. Unexpectedly they treat us.Offer a place to seat near kitchen backyard area,when we reject to seat there, they behave very badly. I make sure i will not visit the place again & not recommending to my friends also to go there. Disgusting experience all over. I went with lot of hope but disappointed like anything. Hygiene not maintained. Dirty prawn, vegetables, Yuk. Full wastage of money & time.

My husband and I went to this restaurant after reading all the good reviews(mostly paid) and watching the reels of food bloggers but we were utterly disappointed. 1. Most of the items were unavailable. 2. The items are overpriced according to their quality and establishment cost. 5 pieces momo served in a plate of rose momowhich is worth ₹280 which had lacked proper chicken filling and flavors. 3. The chicken used in drums of heaven was not fresh which might be a little difficult to understand since it is coated and tossed in sauces. P.S. Don't go by watching paid reviews and promoted videos.

ordered a bhekti dish, wasn't bhekti at all and was spoiled. though it was cancelled but I was confronted twice by staff that the fish was alright. staff behaviour was extremely bad. got confused with what was ordered and parcel. completely ruined it.

for the price they are charging you would expect some service from them first of all they forgot to give us water even after taking the order and asked them twice. they forget to give us cutlery. plus the noodles were bland the stuffing in the momo was dry. plus the worst part the waiter were rude never going there again

we went to their laka mall outlet and ordered chicken bao, it was completely cold. we waited for 45 mins and they just served the food straight out of the fridge. extremely unprofessional. We had a very bad time
