Visited Rostery Coffee House again after almost 3 years, and happy to say—it still lives up to the hype. Went on a Sunday evening with friends, and as expected, there was a waiting time of around 30 minutes. But once seated, things moved really quickly. You can place orders directly through their webpage, which makes the whole process super convenient, and the service is impressively fast. We ordered quite a variety, and the standout items were definitely the Cranberry Coffee—super refreshing and unique—and the Burnt Cheesecake, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly done. These two are absolute must-tries. Other dishes like Fish Fingers, Vietnamese Iced Coffee, and Chicken Keema Lasagne were good as well, but the above two steal the show. The ambience is lively and cozy, perfect for catching up with friends. Still worth the hype after all these years. Will definitely be back again.

1. We had three items , each of which was brilliantly prepared and served . But I mind you 2 dishes would've been enough for 2 people , we were full. missed out on their beverages, you should definitely try them out. 2. Abhishek , as far as I remember was our server , he was very polite and welcoming ,including all the other staff members !! 3. At first we were a bit disappointed that we had to wait in line , but we were greeted so nicely which made us stay for a bit ,and then we got our seats!!

Had a really lovely time at Roastery! The open outdoor seating is super airy and peaceful, and the whole place gives such calming Pondicherry vibes. The food was amazing and the coffee was definitely a highlight. Service was warm and quick, which made the experience even better. Spent a great evening here with my cousins—good food, great vibe, and even better memories. Would definitely visit again!❤️

the famous 'cranberry coffee' and 'cascarra' was such a waste of money. The taste was so bad, completely ruined my taste palette, totally not worth it. And who serves main course before appetizer? Service was terrible, their "almost ready" meant a wait of additional 15mins. This was my 2nd visit, expected sm more, but was so disappointed with everything.

My first visit to Roastery Coffee House turned out to be extremely disappointing, especially after traveling nearly 1.5 hours from North Kolkata with high expectations. Right from the entrance, the experience felt off. We were welcomed by a rather arrogant host who didn’t make any effort to guide first-time visitors. Without explaining the process, we were bluntly told, “Book na korle hobena”, which set an unfriendly tone from the start. After somehow managing to book, we waited for around 40 minutes near the entrance. Despite the long wait, we were eventually given one of the worst tables—located in a narrow outdoor lane in the smoking area, with barely any airflow or fan reaching us. It was already uncomfortable and frustrating. Trying to make the best of the situation, we ordered a Vietnamese cold coffee and an iced mocha. Unfortunately, both drinks were extremely underwhelming. The coffee tasted diluted—more like bland cold water—with an improper balance of milk and coffee. As someone who genuinely enjoys coffee, this was quite disappointing. Already sweating due to the poor seating conditions, we hesitated to order more but still gave it another chance with a pack of two brownies. That turned out to be the final letdown. The brownies were not even warmed and had a very poor texture, far from what one would expect. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing. Having been a regular visitor to the Hyderabad branch of Roastery, this visit in Kolkata fell far below expectations in terms of service, seating management, and food quality.
