Visited Roots recently and had a mixed experience overall. The restaurant definitely stands out because of its beautiful ambience and location. The crowd was mostly family-oriented, giving the place a calm and comfortable vibe. The soothing background music added nicely to the overall atmosphere, making it a relaxing place to spend time. One of the best parts of the experience was the view from the restaurant. The sight of Victoria Memorial along with St. Paul’s Cathedral from the seating area was absolutely stunning and definitely elevated the dining experience. Coming to the food, the quality and taste were genuinely good, and the dishes were well prepared. However, the pricing felt a little too high for the quantity and overall experience. It seemed slightly overpriced compared to what was being offered. The service was decent but not something exceptional or top-notch. The staff were polite, but the attentiveness and speed could definitely be improved a bit.

The food was good, the vibe was great, good place to visit with your partner or family or friends. Only the setback is the staff was not coordinating properly about the menu or anything. He was kind of very arrogant.

Too overcrowded! If you like the buzz and the noise go for it. If you prefer more of a fine dining experience this is not the place! Food quality can be improved! The beverages were good! Service was fast but getting someone to attend to us was the challenge!

We have got the flat 30% off via district. When we reached there, we had to keep our helmets at the ground floor near security which is below a dirty staircase. The night ambiance was dull and light was insufficient. It's hard to take a good photo until you have a good phone with the night mood. We have tried Smokey Salmon sushi and it was pathetic. The taste ruined my mood and I was feeling like vomiting. My partner felt stomach paid after having that pathetic Sushi. Still I had to eat it because we are going to pay for it. The red Shangria was nice. As compared to the price, the quantity was very less. Not at all recommended.

very bad behaviour of the staffs.. although I had a booking they denied it due to booking for some party and it was also not informed in their page.. very bad experience..not recommended at all
