Went there to celebrate my birthday with 2 of my frnds. Got the prettiest Victoria memorial view 😍. We ordered mix veg pasta & root garden pizza . The food was amazing too ♥️. The staff were quite helpful too . Great place to celebrate your bdy

The food was amazing, and the vibe went v cool and the place is great for pictures too. Had the parmesan cheesy alfredo pasta, absolute heaven. A must try.

Visited Roots recently and had a mixed experience overall. The restaurant definitely stands out because of its beautiful ambience and location. The crowd was mostly family-oriented, giving the place a calm and comfortable vibe. The soothing background music added nicely to the overall atmosphere, making it a relaxing place to spend time. One of the best parts of the experience was the view from the restaurant. The sight of Victoria Memorial along with St. Paul’s Cathedral from the seating area was absolutely stunning and definitely elevated the dining experience. Coming to the food, the quality and taste were genuinely good, and the dishes were well prepared. However, the pricing felt a little too high for the quantity and overall experience. It seemed slightly overpriced compared to what was being offered. The service was decent but not something exceptional or top-notch. The staff were polite, but the attentiveness and speed could definitely be improved a bit.

Too overcrowded! If you like the buzz and the noise go for it. If you prefer more of a fine dining experience this is not the place! Food quality can be improved! The beverages were good! Service was fast but getting someone to attend to us was the challenge!

Food quantity according to price is very small. Taste not that much appreciable. They are taking money of environment and maintenance through food.

very bad behaviour of the staffs.. although I had a booking they denied it due to booking for some party and it was also not informed in their page.. very bad experience..not recommended at all
