Visited Ruchika Restaurant few months back in the Summer. This restaurant is located just opposite to Citi Mart, New Market, Kolkata. The place has a filmy vibes and with plenty of sitting area. I had tried their mixed gravy noodles, one cakesickle and ice tea. Iced Tea was refreshing and served in a plastic glass. Cakesickle was flavourful but not too fresh. But the gravy noodles was amazing and huge in portion, hard to finish by one person only, so easily shareable. It was loaded with egg cubes, prawns, Chicken and veggies. Also the gravy was absolutely scrumptious and soothing.

Visit this restaurant and I have to say their pastry collection is really good. their food quality and quantity is also good. if you are visiting new market with your friends or family you can pay a visit to this restaurant as it provides comfort food at a reasonable price.

I ordered veg hakka noodles which not up to the mark with chili Chicken this was perfect service was late try to serve fast..good atmosphere family restaurant and nice decorations

Today I went there for lunch.Had non veg combo(I chose fried rice and chilli chicken).It costs me 330 bucks.The portion of the food was very less.I was so hungry that I didn't capture the image of the food.After eating that combo I was still hungry.This time I ordered chicken hakka noodles.It was proper in size. Combo was decent(3.5/5). Chicken hakka noodles was nice(4/5) What I liked about the place was their ambience and all waiter were dressed up in sky blue coloured hawain shirt.

Ambience was great. Food quantity is good but too much costly. We ordered Chicken noodles and dry chilli chicken. Chicken noodle was tasty but dry and the price we pay, it should also add egg to it. Dry chilli chicken was very tasty. 12 small sized chicken pieces. Overall average.

Located beside sreeram arcade this is a really spacious place and it remains crowded as well. But I didn't like the quality of the food and also the quantity was not up to the mark. The pizza was hard and the cheese used felt really cheap.

Ordered cheese sandwich and waited for more than 1/2 hr , service is very slow and the sandwich only contained a layer of cheese ,very expensive according to the food served!!

The food was stale and salty. Pathetic quality and quantity for the kind of money they are taking. Please do no visit.

non cooperative staff and food quality is also poor, i suggest prefer local Street food then this place
