Saltanat x Sanghai.Believe me this place is just horrible and an ultimate worst experience on a family lunch.There are flies and insects (refer attachment)all around and the staff are not wee trained on any hospitality.Aside the buffet you are opting.most of the item will not be available and even the taste is pathetic Overall pls don't have there any cuisines beat al carte or buffet .The Jadavpur outlet near ganguly Bagan is just unhygienic and trust me you can feel sick post having any item from them

If I could give zero stars, I would. Calling this a “buffet” is honestly a joke. There was barely any food available — most trays were empty and nothing was being refilled. To make it worse, there weren’t even forks available. Basic cutlery is apparently too much to ask for. The management seemed completely unbothered. And the lahori fish fries? Tiny, almost microscopic. It felt like cost-cutting at the expense of customers. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. Avoid at all costs.

Worst food experience ever. We ordered the Saltanat Special Mutton Biriyani and it was extremely dry with almost no taste. Totally disappointing for the price. The fish fry was served in tiny ball-sized pieces where there was hardly any fish inside — it tasted more like plain daal fry than fish fry. Charging ₹400 for such poor quality food is absolutely too much. Very disappointed with both the taste and quality. Not recommended at all.
