the food was good.. service was not satisfactory.. cleaning table is something that we had to request again and again.. found hairs on fresh lime soda though they replaced immediately after noticing them.. found shells on prawns which they r saying is absolutely clean but we don't find that hygeinic.. requested for a birthday cake while booking, reminded about the same while giving order yet they didn't arrange for any birthday cake.. fortunately one of our guest brought a cake and we celebrated with that.. overall not satisfied.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Santa's Fantasea in Salt Lake. While the ambiance was pleasant, the service and billing practices were hereby problematic. I specifically ordered a crab dish from the menu, which was repeated and confirmed by the staff. However, I was later served a much more expensive mud crab, which I had declined. People rely on Google and Instagram reviews to choose a place to dine, and while I see many positive ratings, my personal experience was uniquely disappointing. This review is a genuine reflection of my visit, meant to provide transparency for both the customer and the restaurant, rather than targeting them maliciously. If anyone from the restaurant management is reading this, please pay attention to this feedback and take steps to prevent such issues in the future, so that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

Today we went and order bhetki bell pepper fry, the bhetki tasted like katla fish not even basa, very bad in taste and even hard to chew. The soru chakli was not cooked properly and even had no taste. Wasted money totally. The worst experience ever. Complained the staffs but they denied and even we had to pay for those worst food ever which were even not edible.

It was a pathetic experience. First they gave us a very small table for 2 people to seat. I brought my mom for some good food experience but this restaurant turned it sour. Will never recommend 2 pax to visit this stupid restaurant. 1st experience. Shitty experience

Ordered Bamboo Biriyani it was totally stale, the mutton was rotten and smelling. Would not visit this place anymore. This place is not at all recommend
