The general dining experience at the establishment was acceptable with respect to the culinary offerings, which were prepared to a high standard. However, the overall atmosphere was notably lacking in hospitality. The staff appeared disengaged, and the uninviting environment diminished the quality of the visit.

had a great experience at scarlet. I went with my partner and both of us were very happy by the hospitality and the food. Tiramisu latte -9/10 pesto burrata pizza -7. 5/10 sweet potato fries -8. 5/10 matilda chocolate cake slice -11/10 I will definitely come back again.

The Biscoff Croffle was crisp, buttery and delicious while the Tiramisu Latte was rich, creamy and absolutely yum! 🤎 A lovely combination for anyone with a sweet tooth—definitely left feeling satisfied!

We stepped by in a very busy Sunday evening and had to wait a while before being seated. Being a bit sceptical about their service, started off with the hyped tiramisu iced latte, served in a disposable cup, the latte was no doubt good, however the cream was overtly trying to shadow the flavors, the tiramisu served aside in a plate was decent. Honey cold foam latte was nothing exceptional, pretty ordinary I believe. Cheese overload, a plate of crispy bacon and chicken with french fries in 3 cheese sauces, would have appreciated if a bit more protein was added. The salmon buddha bowl was decent, honestly would have loved the fish if it had been more fresh, the rice decked aside guacamole, salsa, tahini sauce did complement the fish. The slow cooked chicken was enigmatically flavorful, the crispy skin and the lean meat was tender and juicy, sitting atop a gravy of mushroom and spinach. Overall a nice experience indeed

The food was not upto mark. Pesto had no basil flavour, doughnuts were undercooked, French fries were over fried and hard.. These are basics of any cooking. Very very poor,given the pricing and positions of the brand.

the food was extremely mid and a lot of fruit flies were there the cafe is definitely not worth the hype the interior didn’t compensate enough for the bad food and even worse beverages.
