The staff was really sweet for a group as large as ours. I felt food could be hotter and fresher. Dessert spread is lovely

Service was very good and so was the ambience and cleanliness. The spread of the buffet was very extensive and huge. The quality and presentation of food and choice of beverages were brilliant as well. However the biggest point to improve would be the taste aspect. The taste of majority items were pretty bland and could not give the flavour of the desired ingredients and felt flat.

The variety of starters were veryvery less, options were minimum, at least what they are charging- not worth it of money. Taste was okayish, main course was good

Opted for buffet, the food was average, not much option of entree options were limited, Dessert is good but any welcome drink is not included.

it was beyond worse...when we reached the place it was 3..we started eating someone came to tell.us hurry they will be closing by 3.30..we called before hand..to book..they did not mention the time..they said if you reach by 3 you'll be fine..never mentioned the time limit..we had to finish by 3.30..it is impossibble to eat a buffet that fast..we were with our toddler..they did not provide a high chair...and we all know how kids eat..they kept coming and pushing is to eat fast..and when 3.30.came they took the food away...it was a HORRIBLE expirence..and after all that we had to pay like 5k.. even the food we had was average..not even a single pot was full..we had to ask twice for simple steamed rice.. please do not visit the place....the service food everything is horrible there.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I would have given negative marking if possible. Visited on nababarsha. Heavily scarce food options. And most importantly,pathetic food, all cold, tasteless, of inferior quality. Staffs clueless, took half an hour to provide glasses on the table. Undeniably the worst buffet I have had till date, all the more shameful considering it’s inside a luxury hotel!

Had ordered roti while dining via buffet. Finished my meal and the roti never arrived 🙂
