the food was average..even after asking repeatedly for the refilling of finished items..they were reluctant to do so! the live counters were good . Asked for a small cake as it was my mother's birthday but they didn't arrange any!! very disappointing! Not expected from a 5star rated place!!

Entire period the inside the dining was too hot , few dishes mainly the meat was not great , on the fresh salad and cheese small flies are roaming around this time food taste was just average

Poor taste of food of both indian and continental variety. Huge spread but not worth eating. Food taste and quality. Does not even qualify as five star. Flagship restaurants and cafes serve much better quality of food. Service is pathetic, with multiple followups required at the live counters. Pani puri was served without any potato filling on it. Chat was never delivered at our table eben after reminders. Only one glass of water was provided to each guest and everytime we had to keep on requesting them to refill the glass, not sure what was the problem in leaving the bottle at the table. The buffet spread did mot have any optipns for soft drinks/ juices/ milk shake / mocktail. So water is the only option you have. The complimentary birthday cake took ages to be delivered and came without a candle. Overall pathetic experience and a waste of money. I would not recommend this place for any celebration.

We were getting very poor service, we booked a table at 3pm, but when we reached they told us to finish lunch quickly, cause at 3.30 their buffet is out. So zomato should know their lunch timing , so not to book the slot after 2.30pm. We got our table after so many request. After getting that, they didn't provide me cutlery set and water! After wasting 10mins they came to know that their lunch will be over in between 30mins. Tell me guys is any buffet complete in 30 mins? Can anyone do this?

Pathetic behaviour by the Floor staff and especially the Chef. He serves a plate of Puri when asked for Luchi and kept on arguing that we had ordered Puri. we showed the SMS message where Luchi was mentioned and still he denies... The chef Swarnendu had the audacity of saying, will not serve, let them forget it. When challenged he somersaulted completely. Took a team of 50 people for dinner... So much so for customer service...

this is a hopeless place. unprofessional to the core. the restaurant does not even bother picking up the phone when called . Reception is equally useless. Avoid going to such shabby places
