The food was yummy and the vibe was great. The illish Utsab is well celebrated by the people.. overall good dining experience.. However, the ilish slices were too thin.. Their staff behaviour is great.

Came here with my aged father. The hotel was very helpful every step of the way. Ilish Utsav was the top point with our family and of course the desert spread is always a hit.

Well for a 5 start hotel, I would say the buffet foods were pretty average. There are quite a lot of varieties in the option, but none deserve a mention apart from the Chicken 65, Pasta (live counter) & Yellow Rasgulla. Now what we felt during our time over the place: - The staff doesn't even have an eye on their guests on what they are eating or never ever bothered about you. This only changes when you are a guest who is staying at the hotel itself. - Lot of menu items, but the taste is not upto the mark - I think their non-buffet dining is is way better than the buffet ones. - The cost is not proportional to what you are getting

 It is gutter level restaurant where they make the guest wait for fifteen minutes for water after repeatedly asking. Yesterday's incident, went with my senior citizen parents, I asked four people for water, all said "yes mam bringing " fifteen minutes passed none brought. Then finally Sourish , their staff brought it. I told him and another staff who seems having a managerial post that paying people to do reels with fake appreciation won't take you anywhere unless you improve hospitality on ground level.. I even gave Rs 500 as a goodwill gesture to Sourish for being the only staff in the restaurant to take care of guests.. He deserves that money as a goodwill gesture.. Then their Hilsa Utsav with fake appreciation posts on Instagram is nothing but gutter level. They cut the hilsa with blade and such small size. Even after having a live counter they give items already fried minimum fifteen minutes ago. What's the point in having a live hilsa counter if you give fried fish as cold..

The overall dining experience was disappointing. Most of the food items did not appear to be fresh and lacked both flavor and quality. While there was a wide variety of dishes on display, many seemed to be included only for presentation rather than taste or freshness. Additionally, the service was slow and below the standard expected. Overall, it was one of the poorest dining experiences I have had and did not meet the expectations associated with the venue.

The service was very bad , on having asked for a second helping of hilsa fry , we had to wait for half an hour and had to mention to 2-3 persons wearing uniform and deployed to take orders repeatedly and then were given tail pieces, water was also not served in time and had to wait for dessert spoons again - if food is less in supply they should not put it up for buffet and rather declare it a one time serving - overall an unacceptable experience

Pathetic behaviour by the Floor staff and especially the Chef. He serves a plate of Puri when asked for Luchi and kept on arguing that we had ordered Puri. we showed the SMS message where Luchi was mentioned and still he denies... The chef Swarnendu had the audacity of saying, will not serve, let them forget it. When challenged he somersaulted completely. Took a team of 50 people for dinner... So much so for customer service...

this is a hopeless place. unprofessional to the core. the restaurant does not even bother picking up the phone when called . Reception is equally useless. Avoid going to such shabby places
