Came here with a friend on a Saturday Evening. Tried out their 299 Buffet. There was, Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Spring Roll, crispy chilli corn, Lemon honey fish, Cilantro Noodles, Veg fried rice, Shanghai chicken gravy, Mocktail and ice cream(one time) The fish was good and I had that the most. The spring roll was decent and so was the crispy corn. sanghai chicken was also good with a good amount of chicken and less coating in it. Noodles and Rice were average and so was the soup.

I went there twice. Good place. First time everything was okay. We took buffet. Foods were good. Loved the soup. All were friendly. Only the self service system is 👎 and ESPECIALLY when the area from where you take food so many people (staffs,owners,cooks and all inside people)are sitting chit-chating and ALL LOOKING AT YOU. VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND AWKWARD. AND second time, the starters were all same. The babycorn , the chicken, the chicken all dipped in same curry same texture same taste. Even the main course the main course chicken was near about same with so much meetha in it. Totally disappointed coz first time loved each and every food so much. especially the cream soup was so good first time. The second time the soup was feeka. Please make items of different types and tastes. sitting ambience is relaxing and good. Staff lady (one girl) is very good and helping. PLEASE MAKE BUFFET AREA SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM WHERE WE TAKE FOOD. ITS AWKWARD TO TAKE FOOD WHERE SO MANY INSIDE PEOPLE ARE SITTING AND TALKING WITH ALL EYES ON THE EATER.

With lot of expectation I had visited yesterday. Quality of food is fine,ambience is also good but the major problem is the behaviour of one of the lady attendent, she is quiet rude and impatient. Except her the overall experience is good.Its a request to the management kindly take care this matter.

I went with my friends, it was a horrible experience there. The food taste is ok. The behaviour of the lady is too rude,arrogant and impatient. She harrassed us infront of other visitors. They didn't allow to pay through the district or dine out app whereas the option is coming up in the app to pay. They constantly said they are not accepting payment through these apps. if it is the scenario then the option for payment should not appear in the apps. If anyone wants to go they can visit at their own risk.

I usually don't share feedback unless it's exceptional or horrible and honestly with a heavy heart I have to confess that it's one of the horrible places to visit and I would elaborate why.. Point 1. Service- A restaurant is usually known for its service and hospitality but this restaurant/ cafe has a terrible one. It was today that we visited there with our family..wondering to have a good time so, we have pre- booked our table by calling them and reached there at the given time. Trust me no one attended us.. we were lost and not sure where to sit however a waiter was serving a group right in front of us and did not have a basic courtesy of telling us where to sit down so, we reached out to him and finally got a seat.. yeyyy!!! The story doesn't end here...no one came to serve water which is basic, no one told us where the buffet is and we kept waiting for a while... when we lost all our patience we had to ask the person again and then got our plates.. There were 2 waiters who were dedicatedly serving our next table " The group" .. We asked for napkins and the waiter was still busy and after a while with an unhappy face he brought us some napkins.. "which is highly appreciated" So overall the service is ZERO!!! I wish I could rate it but the option isn't available Point 2. Food - Welcome Drink -There was a mango sharbat which tasted like diluted maaza.. taste wise "Ok" For appetizers they had a soup which was really good 💯 Next there was chicken friend wantons which was crispy 💯 A fish item which was stale and chewy..tasted horrible Crispy baby corn which tasted soggy baby corn.. "okay" In the main course they had- Chowmin, Fried rice, Veg something "not sure" and garlic chicken.. the items were just okay.. I would rate them 2/5 and appetizers 3/5 Desert- Vanilla ice cream with choco chips.. " we all know the taste" That's it!! Ambience - The cafe is pretty small.. and a bit too compact.. which is okay.. The buffet area was just two small and barely 2 people and took the meal at a time..which is still manageable so would rate it 3/5 My overall experience is pathetic and if you ask me whether to recommend this place or not....My answer is " Go at your own risk if you are ready to feel ignored and offended by the behaviour of the staff members and not so okay food" Sorry for the long review but trust me ..I had to write that cause we should never trust the food bloggers who create hype for these restaurants

Namesake! This cafe is true to its name... Perfectly Serene (Silent and lifeless and unpopulated & so peaceful that I hope it doesn't RIP someday!) When we entered this uncannily empty cafe, there was no one to attend us in the front chamber. We were taken aback and then we entered an inner room to find one confused waiter coming up to us. By that time, this totally vacant place had started giving us zero vibes. Still we got seated and started placing our orders that were being noted down shakily by that sole waiter. When we asked him to explain a particular dish POULET FARCI AVEC RISO CON LEGUME, he couldn't and sought to know from the chef. We kept on waiting and anticipating, clueless. And then after quite a waste of our time, we again went to the inner chamber to know what the matter was, since the waiter had not returned to our table with the clarification of that dish so that we could finalise our order, but found the chef and the waiter still unsure about what to say. The Menu has got some fanciful dishes but it seems the kitchen is not prepared to deliver so. May be, this place is thriving with a mediocre buffet arrangement at a cheap price to pull crowd. Unfortunately, we had to express that we don't intend to have dinner there and came out with an utter disappointment.

Very bad experience from the staff .....very rude behaviour from that bearded guy showing unnecessary attitude, very bad behaviour. I visited here before but this time the food was awful hard tastless uneatable. I truly cannot take the manchurian and the gondhoraj chicken I truly cannot. But he heckled me and forced me to consume it or otherwise to pay wastage fee.. I never ever try to waste any food but how can I eat if it is too hardy .... They took extra charge....ok that's not the end They misbehaved so badly infront of other customers I felt bad to visit here again... I do not recommend this restaurant please go barbeque nation or ABz they are far better

First of all service is very slow and the chef doesn't have any idea about the basic recipes . I ordered chicken stroganoff which arrived in a cover of cheesy mustard sauce with a huge quantity of rice and 5 chewy small pieces of chicken .. the worst thing I ever had.. For the starter I ordered mexican fish ( Basa) , it was supposed to taste like a continental dish but it is more like dragon fish... I'm highly disappointed with the food... Quantity is good and it is the only good thing about the place

I recently dined here and my experience was unfortunately marred by the incredibly rude behavior exhibited by the manager. They brought the item which I didn't order and when I denied to have the item, one lady manager came to argue with a very bad attitude. Their lack of courtesy and disrespect towards customers left a sour taste that overshadowed any positive aspects of the meal. I expected better customer service, and this experience was highly disappointing.
