Visited Serra Café during Durga Puja and had a wonderful experience! ❤️✨ The food was delicious, well prepared, and beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavour, and the overall dining experience was truly enjoyable. The café had a lovely atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends and family after visiting the Puja pandals. A special mention to Sujoy for his excellent service, friendly behaviour, and helpful attitude, which made our visit even more pleasant. Good food and great hospitality made this visit memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lovely café experience during Durga Puja! Would definitely love to visit again. 🥰🍽️

Great experience. Food was top notch. They provide us good amount of discount in online site. They offer buffet and ala carte menu both. Everyday they have live music. Yesterday night we had our family dinner at serra cafe . It was a great experience. But little bit costly. It's ok 🙂

The quantity is good, plating is also good. The taste is not so good. Lacked basic salt for main courses. Ala Kiev was not juicy, the chicken was hard and fibrous.

Don't fall for the Instagram reels. One of the worst restaurants ever went. I went there today, i.e. 19.06. Food was pricey with respect to the quality (2/5). Service was very poor as only 1 guy was responsible for taking orders, delivering food to the table and taking out foods (2/5). The only food we liked was chicken tikka costing around 500+ which is absurd. The ambience was very claustrophobic and not worth going. Note: Their rooftop is only for Al-a-cart and their buffet place was very small area with limited food. And finally, a manager called Amit was only interested talking and serving to women and was least interested serving or helping elders. The shocking part was that we had to cancel the desserts as it was taking them 30 mins to serve. Not recommended at all.

Worst place ever visited. was there on 18th Oct , took my family for a buffet dinner, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. the buffet is arranged in a small atrocious dingy room with worn off broken floor , all the food were served cold with no taste at all. was caught by their gimmick of discount - entire MONEY WAS WASTED. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS PLACE

Horrible food, pathetic service. The staff is not clear how to retain a customer. In short, if you dont know how to handle peak hours during festive period then refrain from introducing additional festive menu. We had to wait for 1hr despite having a confirmed reservation done at District. Not recommended at all

Food was very average..salad had everything vut in big pieces and not boiled with v less chicken. Not sure if its for puja but not at all recommended. Good places maintain quality during puja. only good thing was the receptionist.
