Had a great time at the Serra rooftop café 🌆☕ Good food, relaxing ambience, and the city lights made the whole experience feel like a tiny escape above the chaos. Perfect place for evening coffee/dinner, conversations, and a little sky therapy. Definitely worth visiting again!

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely unacceptable and honestly concerning from a health perspective. We ordered the korean gochujang ramen bowl, expecting something remotely close to what was described. What we received was shocking — it was clearly made with instant Maggi noodles, with absolutely no trace of authentic ramen or even a hint of gochujang flavor. It tasted bland, poorly put together, and completely misleading. The worst part, however, was the chicken. It was undercooked, which is not just disappointing but extremely dangerous. Serving undercooked meat is a serious health risk, and this alone makes the place questionable. When we raised the issue with the waiter, instead of addressing the concern professionally, we were met with attitude and indifference. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no basic courtesy. The rest of the staff seemed equally disinterested and rude, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant. It genuinely makes me wonder how this place is allowed to operate without stricter food safety checks. Serving such food and maintaining this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. It’s not just about bad food — it’s a potential health hazard.
