worst service. We visited 10 persons with frnd & family. Menu card not folloed, many items were missing and different from What they offered. no feeling of soup ingredients; only veg soup with no ingredients in liquid. No souce served with starters, even after repeated request. All starters are not available, no/ very poor refilling of starters. after long waiting for refilling forced to continue with main course. Desers are of poor quality, poor quality ice cream. No online payment received only cash/ card / UPI.

I am writing to bring to your attention several concerns regarding your restaurant. Firstly, the hygiene standards are unsatisfactory. I observed flies and lizards inside the restaurant during my visit. Secondly, the staff were not polite. Lastly, there is no RO water available, and staff compel customers to purchase bottled water for 40 INR per liter. I hope you will take these observations into consideration.

I had pre-booked a table at Shanghai - Flavours Of China Town, but when I reached, they did not allow us to have the buffet. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Because of this, my booking amount was completely wasted. There was no proper explanation or solution provided by the staff. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place.

service is really poor ... waiter even say don't came in Sunday as they are usually busy in Sunday ... there behaviour is really bad and food quality is also poor they don't ever serve mineral water as they have shortage of mineral water

PATHETIC! don't go even zomato giving 50% discount also.lung fung soup was ok but less quantity. rice was average but i failed to have bulgogi chicken..it's so bad.extra addition of vinegar to hide the old chicken smell nd taste .
