Had Chicken biryani, Chicken Kolhapuri , naan and tandoori roti. the food quality and quantity both were perfect. The service was excellent. Had a great experience overall.

The biryani was okay, but not worth the price. A good thing is that all the staff are trying to upsell, which is nice to see.

I had taken 7 firnis which were pale, rotten and had fungus growth in it. I was utterly humiliated to my guests for serving this kind of below quality products. During my complaint regarding this on the very next day, the manager refunded me only the value of 2 firnis and denied the quality issue. I am not at all satisfied with this kind of experience and I shall not allow to indulge myself to chose Shimla Biryàni again .

Even the street vendors' biriyani is more flavourful than what they served us as Special Chicken Biriyani! More over we found a black feather in it which they quickly replaced but again! There was a hair in 2nd turn. On that time we had lost our appetite totally. The Reshmi malai kebab was just a basic chicken kebab without any creamy-malai coating and a bit dry too.

I recently visited this restaurant, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First, the food was terrible. The chicken was dry and flavorless, and to make things worse, I found a hair in my mutton piece, which was absolutely disgusting. This is a major red flag for cleanliness and hygiene standards. When I pointed it out to the waiter, instead of apologizing, he was rude and dismissive. He is telling like “amra eta change korte parbo na” .I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism and courtesy. His behavior was downright unpleasant, making the experience even worse. I left feeling both disgusted and disappointed. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I visited yesterday for dinner. We ordered chicken biriyani but found hair in the biriyani. The manager is just useless. They have serious hygiene issue. I hope the restaurant gets closed soon because they do not know how to maintain hygiene when it comes to food. Even the staffs do not have basic courtesy and manners. How shamelessly they billed full when customer had such a bad experience.

Went to Shimla Biryani around 11:45 PM and the experience was terrible. From the moment we sat down, the waiter kept rushing us to order instead of giving us even a few minutes. Then he suddenly said fish would take too long and insisted we order chicken instead. At that point, we decided to leave. Extremely unprofessional and the worst service I’ve experienced. Wouldn’t recommend.
