Good restaurant but it lacks many things on infrastructure note. All the seats are not getting the AC air,as a result of this we had to eat in the hot atmosphere. If AC can’t be installed, at least fans should be there so that people can seat and enjoy food comfortably. Coming to food ,We ordered for Fish fry and chicken drum stick but we were told by the person who was taking the order that only fish fry is available but not chicken drum stick. So , we had to order fish fry and chicken pakoda . Fish fry was good but chicken pakoda was not upto the mark. Then we ordered for mixed fried rice and noodles with garlic chicken which were good . But we saw in our next table the people who came later , they ordered for chicken drum stick , they got it served. To our surprise, when we asked the person why he didn’t serve us the drum stick (as he said it’s not available) , he told it would have taken time to deliver , that’s why he didn’t serve us. It’s ridiculous because we never said that we were in a hurry and need it immediately. It was sheer negligence from that person. Overall ambience is good but it needs improvement.

the food and ambience was good but the service needs to be improved as I booked it through zomato and while paying they were like you should've informed us regarding the zomato booking " ajke sunday amra bondho rakhi booking mistakenly open chilo tai amra check korte parini " so it was not my freaking fault!! also after that they took money for a parcel but they didn't give the parcel to us.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The staff behave arrogantly, as if they own the place, and they don’t care about customer feedback. The food was terrible — it smelled bad, tasted like leftovers from the previous night, and they even served empty sauce bowls. When I tried to raise my concerns, no one was willing to listen. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant due to the poor food quality and unprofessional staff attitude. My main concern is that after eating there last night, I had severe stomach pain and felt unwell. This clearly shows that the food was not fresh or hygienic. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant because of the poor food quality and unprofessional staff behaviour.

Pathetic service. We ordered two Veg Hakka Noodles for lunch on 2nd October, 2025. They send only one. When called, they didn't even bother to answer. Then Zomato refunded one Hakka Chowmin's price but the thing is we were waiting for our lunch and they did this. And the food is much much overpriced compared to it's quality. Not at all recommended.
