This place is just nearby Tollygunge metro, Opposite to Indrapuri studio. The ambiance is nice.. Filmed themed ambience and the old films poster which justifies the name of restaurant.. Along with food, they serve Alcohol too.. Food quality and taste is average and prices are bit high as per the quality they’re serving.. Service is bit slow.. Washroom hygiene not maintained..

We ordered for crispy fried fish and half roast chicken but the half roast chicken was very much oily. Could have been better.

For drinks this place is ok. Food quality and quantity is not at all good comparing to what they are charging.

I have been to silver screen multiple times approx. 7-8 times. I just want to share i have asked for green chutney and he was like green chutney only be provided only with roasted chicken items and you have ordered Chinese chicken item and we cant give you green chutney then i told him i am visiting the bar 7-8 times and this never happened with me before then he said its your wish you want to visit in future or not. I mean this type of pathetic service doesn’t expected from silver screen. I stay in tollygung only and visit in every single week , if i get this type of service then nobody will visit silver screen. the waiter who was allotted to us today is very rude and rigid and saying if you dont want to visit us again your wish. Ill make sure this was my last visit today. Thanks to silver for this type of pathetic service just for a green chutney. Date of visit 18-04-25

Very disappointed. I went here on my Birthday. Food was not fresh especially Rice which affected my stomach. I was told that the dish will be spicy but it was sweet. Also the ambience was not good enough. One of the worst restaurant experiences. I won't be giving it one star either if Zomato had any negative review option.
