Visited Skai at Quest Mall during Durga Puja... Originally, we’d planned to eat at Bombay Brasserie, but by the time we got there, every other place was closed except for Skai and Chillies... Since we’d already tried Chillies, we figured, why not give Skai a shot... Walking in, I was a bit taken aback by the music; it was loud! I remember thinking, “are we going to have to shout through dinner?”... But as soon as we settled in, the cozy seating, attentive service, and (most importantly) the amazing food totally won me over... We ordered the Pink Peppercorn & Garlic Malai Chicken and the Kokum & Garlic Pan-Seared Bhetki... The chicken had poppy sable and coconut saffron cream (the rich buttery sauce that's drizzled over and around the kebabs)... The bhetki came with pandan black rice, lotus root (on top of the bhetki), and a Thai brinjal red curry... I loved the Thai twist in both dishes; I wasn’t expecting that subtle undertone of Thai flavor in the chicken, and it was such a nice surprise for my palate... The bhetki was perfectly cooked... No fishy smell, just a nice, rich taste that paired beautifully with the rice and curry... The cocktails were on point too... All in all, it was a great experience... Skai definitely saved the night for us! 😃

Absolutely amazing experience! Great food, wonderful ambience! We were served by Shavaz - who was simply amazing! Gave us fantastic reccos for starters! We loved our experience at Skai!

Vishal our server was the best, he took great care of us. On my birthday he gave me a special dessert with a birthday message written it was a very sweet gesture. Food is exceptional.

The food and ambience is amazing. Service is always top notch ! Great cocktails. Picante is an excellent spicy cocktail , which they can serve.

Rooftop pub with good food, service as well as music. Not to mention a great view of the western Kolkata skyline!

Loved the ambience, a true fine dine restaurant. The burnt garlic linguine in particular was exquisite.
