Visited Sky Deck at Polo Floatel Kolkata and had a really good time! The vibe here is amazing, sitting right by the river with that cool breeze makes the whole experience so relaxing. We ordered the Shanghai flavored fried rice and chilli chicken. The fried rice was super tasty, and honestly, the chilli chicken gravy was incredible! The chicken pieces themselves could’ve been a bit better, but the gravy definitely made up for it. The drinks were great too. Big thanks to the bartender who helped us pick what to get and even treated us to complimentary drinks, which was such a nice gesture! A special mention to Dharmendra who served us, very polite, attentive, and made sure we were well looked after. The whole staff was super sweet and welcoming. Definitely coming back for the drinks, the hospitality, and that view!

Been here several times but had the absolute worst experience yesterday at Skydeck (top most floor). Service was horrible. We were not served main course as the server stated they could only provide finger food and drinks. However, the table next to us was served a full Indian main course. The food we were served was below average and did not justify the price point at all. We have had good experiences in the past for which we had even booked the place for private parties earlier. After yesterday’s experience, we switched our upcoming private party to a different location for next week. Even the sheesha served was bad and the servers did not care about the customer feedback. Simply put, the servers lacked manners.
