All the dishes were delicious and filling! We had such a warm meal there. The place is cosy, and if you're interested in tasting authentic Korean food, this is the place you definitely need to visit. Just a heads up ! Please reserve and select your menu atleast a week prior (remember that Ms Noh single handedly prepares each and every item from scratch and also handles all the services on her own, so she needs to be informed beforehand) We tried Korean Fried Chicken, Tangsuyuk, Samgyeopsal, Jeyuk Bokkeumbap, Pork Kimbap and Prawn Tempura Maki. I'd recommend everyone to try Cinnamon Tea, it was really refreshing!

Sonamoo has been on my list for quite some time, and last weekend, my friends and I finally made it there. The restaurant offers authentic Korean flavors that are complemented by traditional music and cutlery, creating an immersive experience. The host is delightful, providing clear instructions on how to fully enjoy each dish. The service is exceptionally prompt, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience overall. Be mindful of the price a little before you order.

food taste 5/5 toll on your wallet 5/5 service 5/5 great place if you are into authentic asian food . the owner is a very nice lady who not only served the food herself but also gave us info about what's on our plate and showed us the right way to eat and enjoy it . I would suggest to book tables on call before you come . all in all a great family restaurant.

I really feel Sonamoo is the only proper international standard Korean eatery in Kolkata. Have been there multiple times and loved the food everytime. The ingredients, the presentation everything is top notch.

The food here is just amazing. There are very few places that serve authentic food. This place is one of them. The lovely lady who cooks herself is a brilliant chef. Definitely a must try

Tried California Salmon Sushi, Crunchy Fried Squid and Chicken Ramen. Food was awesome. The host was very welcoming.

I had waited to visit this place for some time now, and thank god I went for a snack and not lunch or dinner as I was planning because I was bitterly disappointed. you Must Book In Advance, something which I never got to know although I had checked out this restaurant from google/insta and advance booking is not like other places, here you have to book atleast 1 WEEK in advance and also pay a hefty amount of a 1000 rupees and decide the dishes. Even for a Kimbap you need to preorder/prebook! we were provided with Ramyeon noodles on spot which although tasty but still not worth 600!! The place is way too expensive and its not even fine dining.please visit Seoul at ajaynagar for authentic korean at a reasonable price.
