Had their Katsu Curry and Udon Noodles. Both were comforting and satisfying, For dessert I had their Mochi in two flavours: Blueberry and Tiramisu. The Blueberry Mochi was amazing—fresh, fruity & definitely my favourite of the two! 🫐💙 The Tiramisu flavour was just okay for me and felt a little so so in comparison. Soy Yum is a nice place for a casual Japanese inspired meal with the Blueberry Mochi being the highlight! ✨

I have heard that normally restaurants treat you badly if you're a solo diner but Soy Yum broke that myth for me. The stuff was attentive and very friendly and service was great as well. The food of course was great as always!! Got pork shoyu ramen, pork gyoza and peach soju. the only small complaint is that i wish the eggs given as ramen toppings were soy marinated eggs instead of plain boiled eggs!

Tried out two Pork spicy miso ramen (520/plate), a Rainbow Maki sushi (640/plate), a spicy salmon maki sushi (630/plate) a spicy ginger(280) and a classic Tiramisu (380). Although the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side but each of the dishes were absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

We enjoyed the foods and ambience. It was a lovely experience. All good just need to add in a handwashing area at every floor.

Visited Soy Yum for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The ambience is calm with beautiful Japanese-inspired decor, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxed meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful in guiding us through the menu. We ordered the Spicy Miso Chicken Ramen, Ebi Tempura Maki, Dolsot Bibimbap Chicken, Smoked Teriyaki Charcoal-Grilled Imported Pork Belly, and Fruitasia. Every dish was fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The pork belly was the highlight—perfectly smoked, tender, and packed with flavour. The ramen was rich and comforting, the sushi was delicious, and the bibimbap was served sizzling in a hot stone bowl. The complimentary tofu soup served with the bibimbap was also warm and very tasty. Overall, a great place for authentic Japanese cuisine with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again!

First time visited this place with great hopes after checking the reviews….dim sum was really good…sushi was passable… ramen was also good. The worst bit was when we ordered Korean fried chicken but was served Korean fried pork! Also, instead of accepting the mistake, the server checked with the kitchen & came back & tried to convince by saying that the chicken has turned chewy. The manager intervened & apologized… served a complimentary dessert but the experience left a bad taste!

WENT AFTER CHECKING GOOD REVIEWS BUT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WHO EVER HAS PUT HIS MONEY ON THIS PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SERVICE STAFF. EXTREMELY UNTRAINED & INEXPERIENCED. MARK MY WORDS IF THEY DONT IMPROVE YOUR PLACE WILL NOT LIVE LONG. FOOD I GIVE THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT AS THE TASTE MIGHT NOT BE ACCORDING TO MY TASTE PALATE BUT NOTHING EXTRA ORDINARY FOR SURE. AMBIENCE WAS DECENT BUT THE AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. NOT GOING BACK AGAIN FOR SURE BUT WHAT A WASTE.
