The service staff are the best. Despite dropping a full glass of coffee, they were kind enough to immediately come for help. They even served another glass of coffee free of charge. The service staff are very hospitable and kind. 5/5

After lot of prayers to God, Starbucks finally came in my "Aukaat". I'm poor enough to not spend Rs.600-900 for a coffee. Somehow, they listened to poor people and launched a Rs.125 small menu. I tried Cafe Latte and Hot Chocolate and it tasted exactly like my office coffee vending machine. Still no worries as I got to see some really rich people around me and felt rich for few seconds. If you want to visit Starbucks now, do visit your bank before and take a loan or keep your property as mortgage as the offer is gone now. Just Kidding!!!

Service is good as other Starbucks.. Drinks are good specially Frappe are best.. Food here i don’t suggest because it doesn’t seems fresh.. Only for drinks specially coffee this place is recommended..

Staff tricked me into buying merchandise by saying I will get a regular cashback but instead it gave me a coupon only redeemable at district with just 7 days validity.Big unprofessional behaviour to boost sales.Misled me while explaining the offer

The barista named Indro is extremely inefficient, does unnecessary small talk and answers back on asking to just directly place the asked order. Ridiculous and so not starbucks-worthy!
