Was craving for Biryani, looking for a new place to try out and came accross this place on Google maps, near MG road metro! After seeing 4.2 stars from more than 5k guests decided and to visit and was not disappointed! Sufi palace restaurant definitely serves some of the best biryani and kebabs in North Kolkata! The mutton in their biryani was absolutely melt in mouth stuff! The kebab platter had chicken mutton fish everything. If you are 2-3 person the kebab platter and the handi biryani would suffice. Loved the super soft kabuli naan and chicken lababdar combo. From my side I would definitely request y'all to visit this place

Recently, we visited Sufi Palace, a place known for its rich Mughlai flavours and cozy ambience. 📍 Sufi Palace (Just 4-5 minutes walking distance from MG Road Metro Station) We tried : 🍢 Chicken Angara Kebab (₹370/-) Served with 6 pieces of tender, juicy chicken, the kebabs were quite flavorful but leaned a bit towards the salty side. The taste reminded us slightly of Achari Tikka, with that tangy-spicy kick. 🍛 Butter Naan (₹60/-) & Cheese Naan (₹80/-) with Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala (6 pcs – ₹410/-) Both naans were super soft and fresh, pairing perfectly with the rich and creamy Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala. The chicken pieces were tender, and the gravy had a balanced buttery flavour that we truly enjoyed. 🍖 Special Mutton Biryani (₹520/-) The biryani was aromatic and well-cooked — each grain of rice perfectly done and infused with rich spices. The taste was absolutely delightful, though we wished the mutton pieces were more solid and meaty. The portion size, however, was generous enough for sharing. ✨ Overall, Sufi Palace offers great flavours and satisfying portions, making it a good spot for Mughlai food lovers near MG Road.

I recently visited this Arabic restaurant and tried their Biryani, Chicken Masala, and Firni. The biryani was flavorful with aromatic spices and perfectly cooked rice, though I felt the portion could have been a bit larger. The chicken masala was rich, creamy, and well-balanced in spices, pairing well with both rice and bread. To end the meal, the firni was absolutely delightful—smooth, mildly sweet, and the perfect refreshing dessert after a heavy meal. Overall, it was a satisfying experience with authentic taste and good presentation. Definitely worth trying for anyone who enjoys Arabic flavors.

Visited this place a couple of days back and really liked their quality of food. We had ✅ Chicken Biryani, which was good and the piece of chicken was satisfying 🔸 Chicken Reshmi Kebab 🔸 Chicken Tikka kebab Both the kebab I felt was a bit stiff, not much soft to chew.. taste was good though. The best dish I had over there was 🔸Chicken Tangri masala🔸 ✅ This was delicious, the gravy, the softness of the pieces , everything was perfect. This is a must try❤️

This restaurant at Mahatma Gandhi Road is one of the finest Mughlai restaurants in the city. The Biryani is to die for and I can vouch for their Garlic Naan and Mutton Kosha. Great food with a cozy ambience suited for family dinners. Also try the Prawns in Mustard Coriander Sauce from the Chinese section. Delicious..!!

a poor food quality nowadays.mutton quality is just worst.previously it was good restaurant but nowadays I will recommend this restaurant to someone.its better to have road side biriyani rs 100 not to spend rs 300 in here.
