Excellent food and the service of the delivery person was excellent - polite and presentable. We usually love to order the Garlic Rice. The flavour is awesome and it is one of our favourite dishes. A word of appreciation goes a long way to the gentleman who came to deliver the parcel. He was very polite, well mannered and presentable. Will recommend trying the Garlic Rice if not tasted yet. Tastes good, less spicy and less oily. Easily digestible

ITEMS ORDERED: 1x Fish Thali, 1 x Chicken Thali: 1. The packaging was excellent 2. Quality each iteam was very good. 3. Quantity of each item was decent. 4. Fish was good. CONS: 1. The Chicken curry could have been better. Ovearll, Sutanuti is allrounder. From the packing to quality and items they provide has justify their ability. Even they provide a spoon and napkin which was missing from others. I would like to highly recommend Sutanuti to try their thali. Thank you.

Excellent quality of food. But not enough quantity. Please give proper quantity. Because money is always hard earned. Rest everything is good.

Food was all OK but we ordered for 02 chicken fried rice with chilli chicken but received only one chilli chicken. This was never expected. Anyhow other items ordered were good and really fit the budget as well.

I ordered food from here. and i got incomplete order. they didn't send alur dom and dahi but they send rotten mixed veg and smelly gulab jamun.  and rest of the food was tasteless, saltless and oily. I called the restaurant but they didn't receive my call.  I paid for Good and complete food not rotten and incomplete food. I tried to talk/chat with the zomato agent but i couldn't do that i don't know why they changed the interface of the app. I need help, and i want to talk with zomato agent about it.

Everything is wrong with this restaurant. The Chinese dishesh are worst here . From combos to normal main dishes. But the crunchy fried chicken here are the best here. And the sundays. But don't order Bengali or Chinese.

My first order from Sutanuti turned out to be disappointing. I ordered moong dal , mix veg and malai kofta. Mix veg and malai kofta were delicious, but moong dal was rotten.Hope this incident doesn’t get repeated.

I had ordered a Special non veg thali which amounted to Rs. 108 after 40% Discount. The delivery person was really great and gave the order on time. The taste of the good was also good but suddenly I found 'A DEAD FLY IN MY FOOD'.  Is this what you call hygiene? "Sutanuti Resturant" if you don't want to give good service then please don't. Stop this shit service. We are not beggars, we are paying for the food and you are giving us this shit. Your food quality is pathetic. And Zomato please have a proper check on the quality of the food. I am attaching the pictures for your reference.

I have ordered at 3:42pm and I got the food at 4:52pm. Pathetic time management. There contact no. which is listed on ZOMATO is always switched off. So you can’t contact to know the delay reason. And finally their food quality is worst than local street food. I don’t know how come they got a license to run a food business.

I have ordered fish cutlet and wat I received is 5 tiny pieces for 158 rupees....I don't know whether anybody give this money actually at restaurant...luckily I had 50 percent waiver...but dats not the issue ....wat if I ordered it for full 158 rupees...
