We visited Tandoor Park at peak hours on Shasthi. The queue was huge but the service and management were at the peak which includes customer handling, maintaining customers and also they kept our request of changing the table. I am a visitor of this place since 2013 and never disappointed. Thanks to all the staffs and management of the restaurant.

We went to celebrate our marriage anniversary at Tandoor park. After informing the waiter he took us to a table just beside the washroom. Upon requesting for a better place to sit we were informed that if we want to have dinner then we will have to sit there however we saw two empty tables elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. The best decision we took was to leave immediately. We celebrated our special day elsewhere and are extremely happy about it.

Very Average at best . Overpriced and overhyped ... Just about okay if you want average food... Ambience is nice but food is just about okay.

This restaurant was managed by people who did fraud with the public earlier and its still the same, they still do the frauds after so many years also. Their roll counter outside is managed by cheats who do not accept orders of the customer even if the items are available. I asked for fish roll, the guy at the counter said its not available, then I ordered through swiggy then it was accepted as the rates in swiggy are higher. I just stood there, waited for the swiggy guy to arrive, told him about what had happened and then went and complained to the manager. I also took a video recording of the person who was doing the fraud at the counter for proof. Never ordering from this place again, I would urge all of you also not to order from such people, their fish roll also was pathetic with no fish in it, to sum it up this restaurant was a big scam earlier and still i s a big scam now. Its time their scam is reported. The owner has said in Google review that I asked for bhetki roll which is not true at all. I had replied to him point by point but since the review has been taken down which is expected as they don't want people to see the real reviews let me explain and answer to each of his lies here. Reply to owner : Point 1 : That is an absolute lie because I asked clearly for TAWA FISH ROLL, (fish tikka roll) I am not that naive as to not know what bhetki roll is and the difference.  This has happened 2 times before also when they said it was not there and I have had to order through swiggy paying extra so this is nothing new, so I have chosen my words very carefully and described your place for what exactly it is and nothing else. Point 2: You said fish tikka roll was not available. So if it was not available then how did I get the roll through swiggy which means it was available and your staff lied. I have the order number and the details with me. Point 3: Your manager did not say anything to me of that sort, I just informed the manager and went away so that is another lie. In fact that is why I took the video recording because I very well know how restaurant owners come up with false claims not accepting their own faults and you are no different. Point 4: If you really want to know who said what ask your staff to undergo a lie detector test with me and everything will be clear as to who is telling lies.  This place is still the same as it was years ago and its my mistake for giving it a try once more. Thank You.

It was my 3rd visit within 2 months. Last time I had visited with my team of 8 members and left a 200/- tip (we were seated on the 2nd floor through the back gate). Why I mentioned the tip amount, I am coming later to it. Today , I went with my mother for a casual evening chat over some food.No complaints about the food. We were seated on the 1st floor entering from the front (main gate) The bill was 1533/- I had all 500 notes and 40/- change in my wallet coincidentally today. Therefore I paid 1540/- and left without the change (not paying any additional tip since I didn’t have any change) But no matter whether a customer has change or not, A TIP is not mandatory payment. Some guest can pay, some may not pay, some have genuine reasons, some have no reason but no one is obliged to pay. The person managing our table (most likely the floor manager) passed sarcastic comment on not paying additional tip. This type of behaviour is hospitality business is unwelcoming for any customer. This results in a cold feeling of not wanting to go back to this place again.

We had lunch yesterday. It was a pathetic experience. Firstly, the Kung Pao chicken tasted really bad. It was literally as if chicken pieces were put in a broth of sugar and soya sauce. When we requested them to fix it, they denied saying it cannot be done any longer. Then we were talking amongst ourselves, when the waiters were eavesdropping on us and later asking questions regarding what we were discussing on. Finally, the cherry on the cake was that there literally an insect in our Sanghai fried rice. I am attaching the photo below for reference. Save yourselves from this poor experience by not going here.

The quality and quantity both has been degraded. Ordered chilli garlic friend rice they gave mixed that too not upto the mark. Ordered chilli chicken , the pieces were too small. Was not expecting this .

one of the worst dinning experiences, the staff is just not bothered for the guest, two tandoori roti take more than half an hour to arrive at the table. calcuta vibe yes!! service definitely NOT!!!

I have ordered more than 45 mins ago and it's not that order is a time consuming one still how come it's taking this much time. pathetic service @Tandoor park management
