Places will come and go, but 'Trincas' will always be there as an iconic place in the culinary map of Kolkata. The food of this place has maintained a top notch quality since its inception. The ambience is also astounding. You can also see young artists singing during the live music sessions. Fun fact-Usha Uthup crooned her way into the hearts of Kolkatans in the sixties from this place. In Frame - Pork chops. A pork chop, like other meat chops, is a loin cut taken perpendicularly to the spine of the pig and usually containing a rib or part of a vertebra. Pork chops are not processed and are leaner than other cuts of pork. Chops are commonly served as an individual portion..I loved it

First of all the ambiance of the restaurant, just a guest friendly and so proper... Very well decorated and intensity of light is so low that easyly a guest will spent much time. Then comes the welcome, it is not that much but ok ok, there is also no offence, finally the food and beverage, almost about low budget, service is also just the perfect, and the taste of chicken tandoori is just awesome. So it's just a place where anyone and everyone should go atleast one.

one of the hidden gems of this city, Tavern has been my go-to place for the last decade and half to just go and relax with a glass of alcohol and starters. they have started playing bangla band on Fridays, Saturdays and sundays and it's quite nice to hum along while eating your fish irani kabab.

Nestled conveniently just a three-minute walk from Park Street Metro Gate Number 3, Trincas proved to be an excellent choice for a delightful lunch with my cousins. Our experience with the continental dishes was thoroughly satisfying. We indulged in: - **Chicken Stroganoff**: Rich and creamy, perfectly cooked. - **Pasta Carbonara with Ham**: Creamy with the perfect blend of flavors. - **Chicken Steak with Veggies**: The steak was well done, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. - **Chicken Tetrazzini**: A creamy and delicious comfort food. The food was undeniably delectable, although the prices were a bit on the higher side, it was somewhat justified by the quality and taste. The meal was complemented by our drinks selection: - A glass of **Sula Red Wine** - A **Pina Colada** cocktail - Two **Budweiser Magnum beers (330 ml each)** The cost came to approximately ₹890 per head with taxes, which, considering the experience, felt reasonable. Adding to the charm of the meal was the live music and jazz, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The ambiance of Trincas was equally commendable, making the dining experience even more pleasant. Overall, I loved the experience and would highly recommend Trincas for anyone looking for good food and a vibrant atmosphere. I rate it a solid 4.5/5.

We visited the place yesterday it was quiet due to covid. The restaurant was clean and it was completely safe. Coming to ambience it was good there was live music. Coming to food and drinks we ordered for drums of heaven, dragon chicken with cashew nuts, shepherd's pie and chicken ala cieve. Except tjmhe the drums of heaven everything was good. I would suggest if you are visiting place do try chicken ala cieve it was heavenly I will visiting soon only to try the dish. Its a crispy fired chicken with melted butter inside and it was heavely. All over it was an evening spent well and their prices are also affordable which will not give a pinch on your pocket. If at park street do visit this place.

Beautiful 60s / 70s decor, live music and trained staff. Had pork sizzle, drums of heaven, lobster and chicken Kiev.Loved chicken Kiev ,lobster and pork was average and didn't liked drums of heaven even though chicken was very soft and juicy with simple crunchy coating however as I personally prefer spicy and sweet coating drums of heaven ,I did not liked it much. Loved the ambience ,live music and quick service. Will recommend one time visit just to enjoy the oldies ambience .

Loved the chicken cheese makhmali kebabs, the Baked beckty and lamb lasagna were perfectly baked and nicely cheesy. Loved the nicely buttered side of vegetables. Didn't like the drinks much, they lacked punch and flavour.

Definitely this place got a different vibe and will instantly take one to back 90s with its ambiance and live performances. the service and hospitality is also spot-on ... and hardly one can have complaints however a food joint also have another corner to be checked and that is food quality quantity and taste.. with our experience quality can be checked ✔️ but the food quanity can't justify the price charged as well as the taste of one of their signature dishes was very under seasoned . I definitely think through what I experienced the food taste must be elivated and portions served should be checked . Leaving an honest feedback

This is still a nice place for having a drink with friends. Their food is still awesome after all this time. The only let down here is the service . They often misplaced our order. Didn't even hear a few things which we realized after waiting for a dish for long time. And if you are a vegetarian, be ready for a longer waiting period. The only vegetarian in our group was waiting for both his starters and main dish while we actually almost finished ours.

I was here today and did not like the experiance at all. We were seated in the ground floor, ambiance not good. Coming straight to the food, it was below average. We ordered Crispy salt and pepper chicken with curry leaves which was very very ordinary and bland with chicken pieces so hard that it would take while to actually chew them. The other dishes that we ordered were Murg peshawari and Chicken spring roll. Murg peshawari was good but spring roll again was very very ordinary. Not going back again to that place if things are not changed. I did not expect such ordinary food from a reputed establishment.
