When you are in Burra bazar, missing Tewari Brothers is like a crime. I tried their Chole Bhature, Chole Tikia, Dhokla and Imarti. The Bhature was crispy yet soft, Chole was delicious too. Dhokla was soft, spongy, the chutney tastes yum. But the Imarti was the real showstopper.

Best sweetshop in the city! The Kaju Barfi and Boondi laddoo are the tastiest! Tewari Samosa steals the show! Tewari Brothers is not just a restaurant it’s an emotion !! ❤️✨

Chor sweet shop who delivered poor quality sweets which were prepared more than 3 days or more ago. It appears that goods which are not sold are kept for sale for next day and customers are cheated by selling them old rotten sweets (should be called sour). Chor shop

I didn't like the food much. We ordered Raj kachori and samosa but were beyond upset with both. One was too sweet and the other was salty. The quality of food here is decreasing every year it seems.

Used to have sweets from here long back. This is a famous outlet, mostly for their north Indian sweet and snacks dishes. I never tasted the Raj kochuri in here, but was told by my aunt that it's heavenly. Laddu and Jalebi were great too. Their products boast of rich in pure ghee. Would recommend to anyone looking for such category.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do. So did I when in Burrabazar, the traditional, chaotic CBD area of Kolkata. So, I had lunch like the locals in this area would. Ventured into this famous place to savor some snacks for lunch after a work meeting. Extremely easy on the pocket and good in taste, the super fast selling sweets and snacks are to be tried. Had the dhokla and aloo tikki chaat.
