The place was awesome.This is the first visit with my friends .But I must say the place is very good. The gaming area is very nice.Me and my friends enjoyed the bawling.Specially thanks Mr.Surajit (Manager) he guide us to choose the right dishes.He suggest us Kastoori Murgh Tikka and Tangra style Chilli Chicken,must say the taste was mind blowing.The server Subhankar was very polite and attentive to us.Highly recommend this place and will come again soon

One of my favourite place in kolkata. Food , music, drink and play zone are the reason I visit this place every time . This time I tried their pujo lunch buffet with my friends and we loved it. My suggestion would be to book your table for this durga puja and enjoy their unlimited lunch buffet.

This was my first visit to this place after a friend’s recommendation. Loved the vibe of this place & everything seemed nice until there was a complaint of one of the food items. We ordered 2 mocktails - both were nice and refreshing. In food , we ordered African chicken which was nice but very less quantity (no complaints made whatsoever) 2nd item ordered was Teriyaki Chicken Bao - we had just 1 bite of the food and the chicken seemed burnt and too chewy . We complained to our server and this lady walks in with extremely rude approach , took the dish and walks inside the kitchen (with long open hair btw) , comes back with the bao & dip containing teriyaki sauce. She angrily places the dish on table saying this is perfectly made and as if we don’t know the difference of burnt & teriyaki sauce. We hop around a lot of places but never faced humiliated. Even if your dish is fine , someone from hospitality industry should know the WAY OF SPEAKING to the guests. Her behaviour was extremely pathetic which literally ruined our evening. Our mood was spoiled after the incident. Later the food was taken back and we ordered for veg pizza (as a safe option) but at what cost? She spoiled it with her attitude . I would ask the management to look into this matter and train your staff to handle criticism in a positive way rather than behaving such way.

I went to this place yesterday along with my office colleagues. We asked the waiter to suggest 2-3 dishes which are purely veg, he suggested some and we ordered. We were playing games till then and in the mid, waiter delivered at our table and informed us about the same. When we came to table and one of our colleagues tasted a part of a dish, he did not liked. To understand what dish it is actually, we just asked a passing waiter on what it is and he said its MUTTON. We were just shocked being pure veg and my colleague who just tasted, he just went into a shocking reaction. The management team came and started trying to defend that it is a veg dish and the passing waiter has mistakenly only told as mutton. Since we were in doubt, we requested to give bill so that we can pay and move out and did not wanted to eat there due to doubts created in mind. Management was forcing on same thing that it is an error from that waiter in saying. I told him if it would have happened with your family, they would not have also eaten it after having doubt of veg and non veg, so just give us bill so that we can pay and move out from here. Then suddenly the senior of that person came and commented that it is your mistake that you are asking from another waiter, you should have searched for the waiter who served you and should have asked from that person only. The manner in which he was talking was completely rude and arrogant. He was talking with pointing fingers at us and was trying to create pressure on us for asking the wrong waiter. His name was probably Mr Subhojit Jadhav. We just paid and moved out fo the restaurant within mins. My only request to owners is that these small things matter to people and instead of admitting to the error which can happen from anyone, poiting out fingers, talking loudly and arrogantly is not for what people go to experience in such good places. It shoulf be looked into with full sincerity so that other customer does not faces these kind of issues going forward atleast.

bowling was good.food was ok...service was great but they were adamant about not giving discount inspite of doing group booking of 20 ppl and were very rigid about it...If you don't give discount on anything how do you expect group of people to come to you when everywhere discount is given.service staff were goodand polite though

You will not get Normal beer there. Just Corona & Hoegaarden. Normal beers are only in menu but they don’t serve. So be prepared for Extra pinch if you want to have Beer.

the service was very poor. they did not even provide water and after asking multiple time, got menu and the same thing happned with food and drinks. very poor service.
