good restaurant, food is tasty, i went to this restaurant twice and preferred ala carte though buffet is also available. i think service needs a bit of upliftment.

I recently dined at air &fire axis mall, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The food was simply unacceptable. My buffet arrived smelling unpleasant and, to my dismay, the chicken bloody and raw. It was not only unappetizing but also gave off a distinctly rotten odor that made it impossible to enjoy. Additionally, the texture was incredibly hard and tough to chew, making the whole experience even worse. I left feeling completely dissatisfied I can't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal.

This restaurant was hugely promoted by some Youtubers, even on the front gate you'll see videos playing of Eat like a bong channel. Their staff started convincing us for the buffet but we didn't. After taking a table I checked on Google Maps and found their highlighted keyword is "fraud". Pan Fried Noodles Chicken @ Rs.249 (1/5) Crispy Honey Lemon Chicken @ Rs.299 (2/5) They served chop suey in place of pan-fried noodles, when complained they started arguing. Even in the name of chop suey it was disaster. Noodles cooked in maggie masala with onion and capsicum served with gravy. It was too salty and tasted like maggie. Service was extremely slow; they served the crispy chicken first and left it to become cold. Served the noodles after 20 minutes. Crispy Chicken didn't seem fresh but was somehow edible, taste was below average. They're playing a very dirty game, by promoting themselves by youtubers with fake reviews. They've no quality, no ambience, worthless staffs, slow service and serves very less portion for the price. Thank god we didn't opt for their buffet otherwise we would've wasted Rs.1500. Our bill was Rs.600 and its still hurting, because the quality was worthless. You won't get anything that youtubers has shown you, highly not recommended.

Never ever go for their non veg buffet. Slowest service possible. Dishes hardly have any taste. When you want to go for a la carte they will tell everything will take time..... I only liked their baby corn in starter, the fish finger had a crispy coating with hardly any fish inside it. None of the main course was good. gulab jamun ,biryani nothing was good. The fish was edible. Mutton was so soft but tasted extremely bad They had some thalis and I saw they were taking food from buffet and serving in thalis All main course items was cold. Generally any person who takes non veg buffet have all the veg options but when we asked for serving paneer they told it's not available for non veg buffet. I have gone here twice earlier. Once had their a la carte in 2021(everything was good except biryani) 2022 I had their buffet and it was just so awesome..... quality has degraded so much. I was amazed in 2022 how they could serve Bhetki bhapa.extremel disappointed and complete waste of money

I recently visited Air & fire axis mall and it was a truly disappointing experience. Upon receiving my starter , I quickly noticed that the food was not properly cooked. The chicken wings was nearly raw and unappetizing, making it difficult to eat.To add to the frustration, the dish had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to even take a bite. Furthermore, the texture of the mutton was incredibly tough and hard to chew, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. Never recommend to anyone...Just Faltu..

They couldn't even provide the items mentioned in the buffet menu.... simply discharge their inability by saying that some items are not available though the same was mentioned in the menu. Not at all satisfactory... food taste also bad...too sweet chicken, poor quality corn which is though named as Crispy baby corn but not at all crispy... ambience is horrible with bhojpuri style loud music...

None of the items were good. All the food was smelly, and the starter was served cold. The service was slow, and there were very few items available. Most of the dishes listed on the buffet menu were missing.

pathetic experience. served starters which left over..it was so cold. one piece was hot..they put it in oven and gave. foods were smelly. not giving the food even we asked.

The hotel could not supply us food and made us wait for more than half an hour. They don't have sufficient inventory and manpower. Worst experience.
