A.C wasn’t working properly and they are charging ₹1,000 for kids play area which is not at all worth.

A humiliating and terrible experience. First we were told we could sit in the ac inside, but then we were not allowed there with the pet. And were asked to sit outside where too we were actually not permitted because of some kids 5th birthday. Additionally, the receptionist pretended to be some vet and started asking breed related questions. Like just don’t call yourselves pet friendly if you don’t have the processes in place. An absolute joke and disgrace of a place.

A terrible experience… they call themselves pet friendly but aren’t at all. They didn’t even let my pet enter- the girl at the reception was clueless about their pet policy… overall a terrible experience for pet parents..

The ultimate horrid experience for a pet parent. You shouldn’t call yourselves a pet friendly restaurant if you aren’t equipped to be one. An insult to any and every pet friendly restaurant. Steer clear of this trashyard.
