Disappointing Experience at Hyatt's Lunch Buffet We recently visited Hyatt for a group lunch buffet, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. As a group of locals from Kolkata, we found that the majority of the dishes catered more to foreign tastes, leaving us underwhelmed. The buffet spread lacked variety, with a limited selection of starters that only included chicken and fish. To make matters worse, the food was woefully undersalted, which further detracted from the overall flavor. The main courses were equally unimpressive, with none of the dishes standing out as worth trying. However, the dessert spread was a redeeming feature, offering a decent selection of sweet treats. Overall, our experience at Hyatt's lunch buffet was disappointing, and we would not recommend it to fellow locals looking for a satisfying meal that caters to Kolkata's unique tastes.

bad experience, manager Abhishek doesn't even know how to treat the guest. he is the worst manager I have ever seen in a 5 star hotel. Manager like him is a blunder for a hotel, he was not taking money from other guest and he over charged me, this type of mentality he has. you all should look into this and take care of it. he is not a good man. if you want to improve your guest experience you should remove him from the Hotel. thank you

very bad experience. manager Abhishek was very bad, he is making money from guest after overcharging. His behaviour is very bad, you won't feel like you are talking with a manager of 5 star hotel. Manager like him is a loss for the hotel. I will never recommend someone to visit that place, even don't visit the hotel also.
