Nachos was a 20 rs. packet of cheese doritos topped with some beans and veggies and they charged a bomb for that.... only 2 of the 8-9 beers were available.... the booking amount of Rs. 125 was not adjusted in the final bill.....

I recently ordered a beer, but unfortunately, it arrived warm and was full of froth, which was quite disappointing. However, what was even more disappointing was the behaviour of the staff, particularly the manager, William. When I raised a concern about the way the glass was being handled and requested that it be replaced, his response was extremely rude. Instead of addressing my concern politely, he made me feel as though I was being blamed for raising the issue. His behaviour was shocking and completely unexpected from a manager. Although the restaurant presents itself as courteous and customer-friendly, my experience with the staff was quite the opposite. The food is good, but good food needs to be accompanied by good service and respectful behaviour. I sincerely request the management to look into this matter and take the feedback seriously. I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure that customers are treated with courtesy and respect in the future.
