I went there on the 31st December and I was super happy and impressed with everything from food to the smiling service. I liked all the dishes and I will recommend everyone to go there atleast once.Will visit there again for sure.

Wonderful food and courthouse behaviour of the staffs Phulbanis was amazing staff in bridge. We enjoyed our lunch with the family Would love to visit again.

The food was average overall. The starters were the only highlight of the buffet — they were served hot and tasted good. However, the main course was disappointing. The biriyani was dry and cold, and the mutton curry was below average, with the mutton being very chewy. The pizza crust was burnt and biscuit-like, and the grilled prawns had an unpleasant smell. The roasted bhetki and chicken at the counter were also dry and cold. On a positive note, the desserts were quite good, especially the chanar payesh and the cheesecake. The restrooms were not clean and had a bad smell, which is unacceptable for a place of this standard. The biggest letdown was seeing cockroaches around the table area, which is extremely concerning. Overall, the buffet experience was below average and definitely not worth the price tag.

We’ve tried pepperoni pizza at many 3-star and 5-star hotels, but this was unfortunately the worst experience we’ve had. The flavor was incredibly sour and lacked any depth; even a standard Domino's pizza tastes significantly better. It was billed around 1770, luckily due to zomato offer we could save some however it's not worth Rs.200...

The way of billing is terrific. When I asked for the check they gave me one amount and the moment I said I have zomato gold, they changed my bill and increased to significantly higher number. They forced me to pay more than 1500 rs extra.

One of the worst service ever had in a 5 star hotel….This hotel does not deserve to be rates as a hotel…never to be visited with a family…waiters does not know what they are serving…
