I recently visited The Common Room Cafe and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. One of the highlights of this cafe is that it is pet-friendly, which is great for animal lovers who want to enjoy a meal with their furry friends. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, making it an accessible option for those on a budget. The live music and open mic platforms add to the charm of the cafe, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy some entertainment. The bakery items are also fresh and delicious, making for a great accompaniment to any meal. As for the food, I tried a variety of items, including the Teriyaki Paneer, Chicken Ala Kiev, Smoked Chicken, Grilled Bhetki in Lemon Butter Sauce, Pork platter, Baked Nachos, Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Caramel custard, Gondhoraj Mojito, Cold Coffee, and Blue Lagoon. I was impressed with the quality and taste of all the dishes, but the standout for me was the Grilled Bhetki in Lemon Butter Sauce. The fish was cooked to perfection and the sauce was a perfect complement. The drinks were also great, with the Gondhoraj Mojito and Blue Lagoon being my personal favorites. The Caramel custard was a perfect way to end the meal on a sweet note. Overall, The Common Room Cafe is a great spot to grab a bite to eat, catch some live entertainment, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great dining experience at an affordable price point.

A cafe for your four legged friends ❤️✨ The ambience is minimalistic but comfortable. They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The best part is you don't have to leave your pets at home. There's a Labrador named Sansa in the cafe, who is kind of a local celebrity, quite popular among customers. She's there to welcome you. ✅ pet friendly cafe ✅Live music and open mic performances ✅ Pocket friendly ✅ Fresh bakery items They serve continental food mostly but for this Poilaboisakh they have special Bengali thali priced at 599/- rupees. Found this pet-friendly cafe in Hindustan Park, close to Lake Kalibari, the ambience is calm and perfect to work too. The food here is impeccable, and their Chicken Ala Kiev is a must try! Food here is good start, we had ordered for spaghetti Aglio Olio , Grilled Bhetki in Lemon Butter Sauce, Teriyaki Paneer. They live performances on weekends. Definitely coming back here.

I was searching for a quiet place on Ashtami night, where literally everywhere it was crowded.Finally, I could find The Common Room where the ambience was so cozy, quiet,apt for people like me- quiet place, good food and neat and cozy interior.The berry smoothie and the pizza were an Amazing combo.Must try

I loved this café! Service was good, the waitress was extremely sweet and kind. We had Vietnamese Coffee, Whiskey Cold Brew, Peri Peri Chicken, Avocado Chicken Salad and Chicken Enchiladas. The salad and Peri Peri Chicken were the best! So fresh and yummy! Genuinely very impressed! Coffee was great too.

Great Food Good Vibe!! Pet friendly restaurant cafe, where the staff is actually pet friendly.. Food is great & many options.. Loved it .

Pasta & pizza was great, so was the double shot cappuccino. Looking forward to our next visit. Had a great time there.

All the best to the owner who is articulate and building towards a welcoming pet families. Really appreciated his suggestions on bhetki chop. I found it to be the best amongst the lot. Will not extend the welcoming remarks towards the gondoraj lebu mocktail, it was pepperminty. I'll not recommend that. Nor the pizza. Having said that, the place has dual ac but it does not circulate well Also shifting the stand cooler when more guests come in, was something that isn't welcoming.

U guys should work on your co ordination.The number given out on insta and Zomato is an incorrect number.Whenever we call the guy says he is not associated with the common room..For a start at least work on giving out the correct information
