A very cool Heritage vibe of the place. Food quality was ok .Pricing ok. Tried Ala Kiev and Ginger Rock Salt cooler. Recommending for a laid back Heritage kolkata experience. Suggestions try play some cool soft jazz or rock in the afternoon. Would add some color. Congratulations on 10th Anniversary

Staff immediately denied in an empty zone where there was no crowd. Also when I was on a call I got interrupted without being excused. Staff needs to be trained well. Luckily the food taste was good and the ambience but people here in Kolkata have no civic sense hence lot of loud noise

I ordered American guilty pizza and brownie. The taste was lower than average according to the taste provided. Although the ambience was very good and the service too, but taste was not up to the mark.

This restaurant is nothing like it used to be. The food was utterly flavorless—club sandwich, fish and chips, all equally disappointing—and the fries were so salty they were almost inedible. As if that wasn’t enough, they even tried to charge extra for honey with a simple lemon ginger green tea. They ended up not charging us after we pushed back, but they only brought a spoonful of honey 15–20 minutes later—by then, the tea was already cold.. utterly disappointing!

Utterly disappointing ambience, food, and service. It used to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing places once upon a time but now it's just a shadow of it's former self. A lot of the food tastes terrible which is quite shocking due to the high prices. Another highly irritating thing was the constant staring and disturbance of the waiters throughout the whole time. AC s were not on when I went and it was very Hot as well.

Absolutely pathetic. Pathetic service, ambience has become shabby, and the food has just deteriorated a lot. High prices for terrible food and an overall disappointing experience. Never returning again.
