Extremely delicious food- ordered egg Benedict, spanish omlette, exotic veg sandwich, veg benedict, cheesecakes all types. Hollandaise sauce was extra salty- could have been better . EggBenedict could be hotter but overall qll items were good. Cheesecake quality was not upto mark

Ambience is awesome, no doubt about it. I had visited a couple of times in a span of 3 days. Of course my first experience was better than the later. What changed my experience? 1. The food and coffee tasted different for the same order during 2nd visit. I am quite disappointed. 2. The quality of bread used in sandwich/hot dog is basic compared to the price point. 3. Belgian hot chocolate (signature menu) taste was different. 3. Overall experience- not a cafe for frequent visits- probably one- time. Hope the management looks into the same.

The ambience is excellent. Very Instagram friendly, spacious well lit and full of greenery outside. Food is a different story altogether. Portion size is very inadequate. The chicken stroganoff was something weird, diced chicken tossed with capsicum. no white sauce or cheese nothing!The chicken barbecue pizza was good. They need to provide better value for money.

the staff and the ambience was good . the cold coffee was good, but the english breakfast needed improvement. while the pesto chicken sandwich was horrible could not eat it. pancakes were really good.

Excellent ambience, spacious interiors, surrounded by a lush garden . Very Instagram friendly decor. Food is a different story altogether. Inadequate portions, lack of taste.

The reviews looked so misleading after my first visit to this restaurant. We ordered kitkat shake, veg sizzler, mixed sauce pasta and Vietnamese iced coffee. The shake was extremely average, consistency was not thick enough..the coffee was also very okayish. The pasta was just about ok, not worth ordering again. Lastly about the sizzler- paneer in any dish is supposed to be soft, how can the chef not check for such a basic requirement. The paneer was so hard and chewy, it dampened the taste of the dish entirely. The ambience is good but food is what we visit restaurants for and this one not a place I would like to visit again.

The food and drinks were very basic,nothing special. I’d rate them below 5/10. We had to ask 5–6 times just to get attention, as the staff were busy chatting among themselves. Overall, a poor experience.

We were served with small 5₹ water bottles at waiting area and then I suppose there was little water left in two of the 6 and when we entered inside, the manager just can’t o our table and took away two bottles served fresh by keeping those two bottles. I understand if was free, but the audacity to even charge for the same and yet not inform us of exchanging those bottles was shocking to me. I don’t stay in Kolkata but never experienced such in any other state.. And services were pathetic with washroom having no water and AC not working.
