cozy place to spend the Happy moments with dear one. Foods are bit pricey but ambience and behaviour of staff and their service is good. I'll defintely recommend this place.

Tried Chicken Snitzel and Chicken Kawsha w Luchi. The order took almost 40 mins, snitzel was decent but chicken kawsha was extremely underwhelming. The ambience is the plus point :)

It was a horrible experience. The place was infested with flies. From the start to finish I had to drive out the flies with my bare hands. Halfway through a guy came with a bug killer and started swinging that in front of us while we were eating. Laughable and pathetic at the same time. The food. It was amazing….amazingly horrible. The chicken roast was lean and too much roasted. Hence overcooked and hard. The pan-friend prawn had a sauce which was completely bland. The schnitzel had a mashed potato which was lumpy and not fresh. Lastly the Margherita Pizza was the most pathetic one. It was a pre-made store-bought dough on which the toppings were added (The photo I clicked was in the refrigerator in front of the stairs. The cheese was bland, gluey, gloopy and horrific. To sum it up…don’t visit this place. It’ll be a hellava long journey from Kolkata for NOTHING!!!!

Positive points - 1. Old colonial era ambience. 2. quiet environment 3. Food presentation 4. Payment via Zomato possible. Negative points - 1. Food quality and quality not satisfactory considering high price tag. 2. Service slow and lackluster. 3. Lots of fly buzzing around - serious hygiene issue. In short, this place is nothing extraordinary. worth single visit only.

The staff acted like a moral policing force. This restaurant is undermaintained, overpriced, and offers very ordinary food compared to its price.

Very bad service and rude staff. Charging 50 rs for 18 rs bottle. Should never recommend.
