I went with my friends to hung out , the experience was awesome and lovely the staff behaviour was also nice. Coming to the food , the food are decent the cocktails are really great , I had an old fashioned and my friend had a Margarita both were nice , the old fashioned was made nicely so I can say the bartender is also really great at his job The DJ has good choice of song ( depends on music taste) overall our experience was really nice. PS - I forgot the staff name who handles us throughout our dining he is really polite and nice

I am giving 2 stars only because the food was good. Otherwise the service was terrible. No one was attending us. We had to get up from our seats multiple times to go to them for placing orders. The DJ was so loud that we had to shout at the top of our lungs to ask for anything which lead to confusions in the orders. We asked for a candle because it was our friends bachelorette but they said they didn’t have any whereas I saw some reviews and they have provided candles to customers. Ultimately not a good experience. Not going again.

The service was too slow, and quality of food was not upto the mark, some food were given saltless, and everytime had to go and call waiter from my seat bcz no proper attention was paid, he was busy enjoying himself in the music.

This is the first time I am rating a restaurant one out of five on Zomato for all the reasons mentioned below: 1. Forgetful and unprofessional waiters who didn’t write down the orders properly. In the end had to cancel one of the prawn items that they didn’t even bother to start cooking. 2. Most items on the menu card, they simply said oven is not working properly, so no pizza, same for dimsums. 3. They have completely downscaled their food menu from their previous versions, no desserts available other than brownie with ice cream. 4. All the mutton starters are no longer part of the menu, fewer salads etc. 5. Didn’t have Amex machine for swiping, forced us to use personal credit card for paying the bill. 6. Asked for tips in lieu of waving the service charge, the audacity was astonishing given the lacklustre and pathetic service provided. I would definitely ask my family and friends not to visit this place. It is one of the largest gastropubs in the city but this is certainly not up to their standards and excellent reviews. Hope the management pulls up their socks and improves on all these fronts going forward.
