I ordered fish and chips from the menu in south city food court. the chips served was just for the sake of it. the fish inside was very thin layer and the outside crust was thick. Not recommended at all. Also the girl in the counter was also rude. this was not the quality of service a year ago. full disappointed. will never visit again.

Visited on 28-09-24. Tried Chicken Steak & Sausage (cheese option out of 4 options) @ 349 & Medium Soft drink @ 79 = 428 + 5%GST = Rs.450/- Got 2 sausages, butter rice, smooth mashed potatoes (alu sheddo) & a chicken steak (looked & tasted more like a chicken cutlet) covered in cheese. Overall a nice fulfilling meal!! Loved it. Staff behaviour was nice as well.

Today I visited this place in South City Mall. I tried there Bbq New York Hot Dog and Crispy Chicago Hot Dog. Both the items were just awesome taste. I will love to visit there again.

The Frank Guys is situated at the food court of South City Mall. Ordered the sausage steak which came with corn rice, mashed potato, chicken steak and sausage, it tasted okay. We also had ordered a veg pasta and Crispy hot dogs. The pasta was quite good but the Crispy hot dog was nothing but fried hot dog topped with mayonnaise and mustard with was quite disappointing.

We had the New York and Chicago hot dogs and a lemon and mint ice tea. Food was good, ingredients were fresh and the franks came with complimentary, and quite crispy, fries. Ice tea was flavorful but sweet, as you would expect. Great bang for buck all things considered.

Situated in South City Mall food court, this outlet serves hotdogs, sausages and other mish mash items. Please DO NOT fall for what they are showing in menu pictures, the reality of their food is disastrous to say the least. They put up pictures of Chelo Kebab with Butter rice, seekh Kebab, chicken shashlik, grilled tomato as if Kolkata public needs introduction to Chelo Kebabs. But when they serve, it does not match your expectations of Chelo Kebab at all. Rice is dry (probably cooked 4-6 hours ago and microwaved for the order), soggy french fries (in a Chelo Kebab! God knows, what for), a fried seekh kebab (from a frozen ready to eat packet) and a chicken sausage fried(in some horrendous batter). Served with thousand island sauce (basically Mayo with ketchup). The only good thing about their all day breakfast platter is a side of mashed potatoes. That's it. Made me almost repent ordering Chelo Kebab. South City Mall food court management needs to divert attention from counting cash to what kind of brands they have in the food court. We went to give feedback to the cash counter but they informed that not only do they not have a feedback register but that the manager on duty was in the back counting today's cash.
