everything else is good but the timing for serving the food should be shortened... had to wait a lot after ordering the main course rest everything is good .

Waiting time was quite long also the waiter/waitress didn't have knowledge about the dishes they are serving so they weren't able to serve properly.

we went there to have chinese food but after taking order they turned down our order citing sone lpg gas shortage problem. we have to give indian food order.

yesterday i visited there, and order fish amritsari and malai chiken kabab, both of them were fantastic, then i order golden fried prawan, after waiting for 25mins it was swerved in the plates only to find hair ! i complained to the waiter in return he called the Manager, who came and said "Sir shall i change the this prawan ! the one which was having hair ! to remind you each plate took 20 to 30 mins to serve, further i was angry and upset so i told him to bring the entire bill si that i can pay af laeve that 3rd graded below standard restaurant, but the waiter wss a nice person he insisted to sit and he will replace the food, than the manager also said sorry sir let me change the food , again i had to wait for 40 mins than came the food ! not gain this time again there was hair! the manager didnt dhow up but the waiter apologised for the mess, i say good rating of this restaurant and near my home so bother to go there ! but basically it is a below standard place , high price , and if we talk about hygiene, i hope you all got it, i request zomato to take action against this place ! yesterday there was something special in my family so we went to celebrated! but it was absolute disaster! it turned into nightmare! they are charging like a top notch restuarant but serving road side food. i would love to talk to the management of Maureen ! and i would like to talk to zomato as well ! fir this serious matter !

The restaurant manager has zero basic service and hospitality education. Thanks to his arrogant behaviour he managed to spoil what otherwise could have been a decent dining experience.

Asked for butter garlic prawn they confirmed, but gave chilli prawn! When asked why this change in dish they simply disagreed and told we never make any mistakes.

Very poor staff behaviour and food is pathetic. there are plenty of other choices nearby. why spend to spoil your evening
