This is one of the best restaurants in belur area, the food quality is very nice. I love prwan biryani, paneer tandoori here. Staff behavior is very Good.

It was a my go to place before. Nice place. Ambiance was good. We generally had non veg startes like chicken or fish, drinks etc. Food quality was okay. Service was slow. But it was manageable. Food - 3/5 Ambiance - 3/5 Service - 3/5 Value for Money - 3/5

The Chakna provided with hard drinks is pathetic, the provide nimki which one takes with tea and coffee, am I in a coffee shop or a Bar

**Several Cockroaches and insects not hygienic at all:** I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and we’ve dined here several times before. However, during my last few visits, I noticed a serious decline in cleanliness and hygiene standards. There were multiple cockroaches visibly roaming around the dining area, including baby cockroaches on our seats and even on the food plates. This raises major concerns about the overall sanitation of the establishment. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, rather than addressing the issue, he blamed the mall facilities and avoided taking any responsibility for the hygiene issues within the restaurant. Given the situation, I can only imagine the condition of the kitchen and food preparation areas. I would strongly advise against visiting this place or ordering food from here until these hygiene concerns are properly addressed.

The waiters are rude I felt they should be lol more humble while serving food which is paid by us. I was drinking fresh lime soda and had last two sips still in my glass ,I asked not to take the glass when the waiter did the clerence he replied or kya bacha hai esmai ,I was shocked my wish I paid for my drinks and I would like to enjoy it till last sip Very rude owners should do some soft skill traning

Disappointment would be an understatement. The staffs were very rude and sarcastic. On our order of one pitcher of LIIT, all they served was barely 2 "small" glasses and rest was just ice. The cocktail was so diluted that all we could taste was the coke. I wouldn't be here writing this comment if at least the behavior of the staffs wouldn't have been so disrespectful and unprofessional.
